Spied: 5-Series facelift

I see the interior still suffers from the same boring design other BMWs do...but it has the new X5's shifter.

I hate 5 series...the 7 and 3 are the best

Am I missing something? Where are you guys finding an interior shot?

Look on the right side under the heading "More Photos".

So are most headlights going with the Infiniti look where they are horizontal and the travel back alongside the hood?

The styling of all BMWs is still compromised by the Bangle legacy, the 7 is the worst and the 3 is the least compromised, making the 5 a victim of mediocrity -too bad.

The new shifter looks like it would break if a draught ever came into the car. Too tiny and fragile in appearance. What's wrong with a sturdy, beefy lever?

I love the 5 but I'm not a fan of the 3 or 7...weird. I do agree that most BMW interior look cold and heartless at least in black. Tan/brown works better, IMO.

Awesome! Shifter by logitech!

More like Wahl or Remington.

It's the same shifter as in the new X5 (just sayin if you want to see a "better" view)...
