I maybe was not clear, I dislike the exterior of the Camaro but I really hated the interior, not even close to Mustang's interior. Visibility is horrendous, claustrophobic feeling, just didn't feel right from the first moment. Didn't like how interior looks as well.2 points

Ooof; all that black unpainted plastic & body cladding on the MB is rough on the eyes, hopefully there's a trim that eliminates most of that crap/finish. RE: the I-6; mercedes is only building them as a cost-saving move to share tooling with their 4-bangers. 117 years and no I-6 @ Cadillac; I strongly doubt it's remotely being considered.1 point

That is a really good looking green Regal. Tin top, sport mirrors, the colour combo, plus one of the best looking OEM wheels ever, the Buick Road Wheel. Where did we go wrong? The '76-'77 GM A and A-Special cars were like the summit and it was downhill from there.1 point

We have sales numbers on the PHEV BMWs (pathetic) - would be interesting to compare 2017 full-year diesel sales to current year PHEVs. I suspect a lot of diesel customers are NOT going to switch over, and it's going to be a significant net loss.1 point

I remember visits to the wrecker in the mid 80's to find replacements for our rusted out 77 Cutlass Supreme coupe doors.. at least one of them was replaced with a Regal door IIRC.1 point

Just looking at the original window sticker of my wife's '87 Mustang. LX hatchback, 2.3L/ 4-spd auto. Base MSRP : $8690, destination charge : $374, as built : $10,512. The 2.3L Mustang then had 90 HP, now it has 310. 2.3L/auto then was rated 22/28, now it's rated 21/32 - not much of a bump considering 31 years and 6 more gears in the trans. MSRP sure bumped tho.1 point

Of the 3, I'd go with the Challenger--bigger, bigger interior, bigger trunk and a sunroof available (the Mustang hasn't had a sunroof option in decades).1 point

Maybe they do a quick MCE and give it a new front end for '20. The big problem they can't change w/ this generation, though, is the chop top and micro windows.1 point

The grille, front fascia and front fenders have much simpler styling on the GMC. The Silverado has way too many details, cutlines and contours, IMO..overwrought. The GMC could look better with a couple changes--make a flat bottom to the grille opening (get rid of the left and right tabs) and get rid of the slot in the top center of the grille surround by the hood....1 point

The new Camaro looks so fckn ugly that nothing will help the refreshed one sell. They done screwed the refresh up.1 point

I'm sure the narrow tires that it would have been running at the time also helped in the snow too. One of the downsides of the "performance" all-seasons we run on all cars these days is the relatively terrible snow performance.1 point

This is another brutal month, especially with the bloodbath on passenger cars. The new G-wagon isn't on sale, I get why that is down 50% plus they sell 400 a month which isn't a big deal. They blamed this on no inventory, and there is pent up demand and people waiting for the inventory to arrive. So now they have set themselves up that they better have a huge month in September, because they can't use that excuse every month. Keep in mind, Year to Date, Mercedes is the #1 selling luxury brand in the USA, but they better put in a strong close to the year when the 2019s hit.1 point
