Who cares what the europeans think, they'll never buy anything American anyway. The only way they buy Fords is if they are designed and built there. Focus on China and what China wants, that's where the money will be made.

2013 is too far out for the next trucks, Dodge and Ford have already left GM behind on interiors and Toyota will likely be taking another swing at the plate before then.

I looked at a G8 GT, but I wasn't going to pay $7 grand in "market adjustment costs" for it. I'd get a used 550i with an extended warranty first.

for all the harassment pushrod engines get, the 3.9 liter with VVT was a good smooth engine that was held back by the 4-speed auto it was always attached to. Wasn't there a Pontiac G6 where you could get the 3.9 plus a 6-speed manual? That would be an engine combo to try so you can really feel what the engine is like.

the whole idea of iphone and itunes and imac is that everything is in sync all the time and "just works".... whether that is worth the price or not is up to you.

some people here don't have a firm grip on reality. The reality is we are going to continue to flirt with $4 a gallon gas. Accept the new technology, give up the big truck, or quit whining about gas prices. Pick one.
