$250 is fair price for the rim and tire. He can easily have the scuff repaired so it looks good. Good luck, Hope you get your $250.

That was freakin awesome. Amazing how much did happen and what is still dreamed about. The roads have truly lagged behind, but the auto is working hard to match from self driving carts to rear facing cameras. It was great to watch.

I am a Cannon fan, never liked the Nikon layout of controls. While the 60D is a solid semi-pro setup, I got for my son since he needed it for college, the last model version that this Cannon replaced and I have to say I am very impressed with the images and Costco has a great return policy if you end up not liking it. Canon Rebel T3i DSLR Camera with 18-55mm IS II Lens + 55-250mm IS II Lens Bundle with 8GB Class 10 SDHC Card,Canon Rebel Gadget Bag,Mini-HDMI Cable, & Tutorial DVD Item # 652089 $100 OFF and Free Shipping http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?prodid=11760020&whse=BC&topnav=&cm_sp=RichRelevance-_-categorypageHorizontalTop-_-PopularProductsInCategory&cm_vc=categorypageHorizontalTop|PopularProductsInCategory This is a great package for using at auto shows and for being out and about. This would be my recommendation.

Hyundai News:How Much For The Hyundai Elantra GT and Coupe?
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Hyundai
Boy they are really pushing hard to give you high level features at entry level prices. Only a few years ago you would not find heated seats on any low end car. Now everyone feels they have to have them. Kids today have no Idea what it was like growing up and sitting on a cold vinyl seat. Using your own body heat to warm the seat on a winters day.- 7 replies

Buick News: 2013 Buick Verano Turbo Drops With 250 HP
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Buick
I do not think you always need to move the price up. Buick just needs to replace the GS with a better GS that beats this and make sure that they can compete which I believe they can do. -
Price is truly right if all that engine work was done. Would be a good used car no matter what.

Lexus News: Rumorpile: Lexus Working On A Smaller GS Hybrid
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Toyota
Still do not think this will help them sell more cars to out sell all the other luxury makers. They are just trying to find a way to spread the cost around and lower production cost to make it a success under the Toyota label. -

Buick News: 2013 Buick Verano Turbo Drops With 250 HP
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Buick
The fact is today while the enthusiast may cry for a stripped down car they are in the great minority. Also keep in mind the reason even the base cars have power windows is it is cheaper to put them in all vs still offering a manual. The fact is even back in the day the strippers with big engines would sit around for months unsold. Many of todays cars like the original ZL1 and ther COPO cars are worth so much is that nobody wanted them back then. They were expensive and they were not popular. That is why there are so few. To do a real COPO car today they still would not be cheap and they would not prove to be very popular just as in the past. Though in 40 years they may be worth something then. People today want all the options they can afford. I wish Buick would do more high profile advertising as the car is still a mystery to many. I hope we see a surge like we did with the Cruze as this car is too good to be overlooked. But it is still so hard to get people to accept that Buick has changed. True Hyper, Just asking people at work showed this. Everyone I talked to called them Grandpa or grandma mobiles. Buick has a perception problem and I think they need to do Drive Clinics with young people to get them to realize just what they have to offer. I don't get it. Sorry but I really do not. -
Was going to go CHEERS, but then looked at the whole add and all 60+ pictures and to me the amount of rust on the underbody, the large amount of leaking seals from diff's, driveline, tranny to engine and what looks like modern disc brakes makes me really wonder how much of a restoration was done versus a shack and back clean up to get it to look nice and sell it for a profit. I love the look and package, but the pictures raise to many questions for me. JEERS!

Some valid and interesting points you make.

If it has the I beams in the door to protect against side impact and when the door comes up it locks against the body, I do not see why this would not satisfy safety standards.

Freakin Amazing, was funny to see it go by that bland VW on the Street. She is right, today you have a much harder time telling the difference between cars by the sound of the exhuast or the shape. Wish some real body design would come back. GM seems to be on track to deliver some style differences, but we still have a long way to go.

I had forgotten about these types of aftermarket doors. It would be cool if GM did this for the Caddy and Buick divisions. What do you think? I loved the pickup truck with the doors.
