  1. Yet what is FCA doing to have current human desired auto's? Android bleeding edge nav / radio system alone will not cut it and continuing to gut the Chrysler, jeep, ram, dodge line to keep the garbage Fiat / Alfa going is a loser move. FAILURE for FCA, some wins for Google and that is it. Not going to win customers big time with this.
  2. No different than the ancient old G wagon from MB then!
  3. Wonder what the Employee / Friend of Family discount would be on a fully loaded Chevy BOLT? That would be worth it possibly.
  4. I am still driving my very clean 1994 GMC SLE Suburban! Loving it man!
  5. G. David Felt Staff Writer Alternative Energy - www.CheersandGears.com Faraday Future Reveal at CES Faraday has been emailing me daily the last few days about their big reveal at CES tomorrow Jan 3rd. Here is their latest email about their new auto. I have to say that this back lit image reminds me of the car in Demolition Man. Exciting times for EV's this year!
  6. 1970's
  7. Howdy all, Welcome to January 2017, Today I saw someone during Xmas took delivery of their new Tesla X. Love the technology, but the design is just so blah to me.
  8. ^^^^^^ So Very True! Here's to hoping GMC shows off a very Butch Terrain! I love the current look, but now lets take it to the next level of off road mascular!
  9. But so bland looking. Very Forgetful.
  10. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
  11. Strobe Light HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
  12. Good list, solid reasons and I do have to agree with those you cut.
  13. Interesting to see the variants they make with the new wrangler. I wonder if there will be a hybrid or EV version in the future.
  14. Pretty much like I am so over the Coupe Car craze. RIght now all cars are dogs and the whole Coupe style is so over done, they can crush them all and I would not weep a tear. On the SUV/CUV side, would love a new updated Trailblazer SS AWD and an EV AWD CUV to go with the BOLT / VOLT.
  15. OUCH, talk about Get Shorty only type of CUV. The Roque is a tight fit now for average size peeps.
  16. Expect this to be in the billions, anything less is incompetence on Takata's part and a pay off to the gov.
  17. Yawn, nothing exciting here as the auto will be like most and fit most 5'8" tall people the rest of us taller folks will have to find a volvo, BOLT or some other CUV auto driving ride to fit into. Ford is MISSING the boat here in regards to what people want to ride in for autonomous auto's.
  18. Very sad and her mom died today. I am sure the stress of losing one's child did not help. 2016 seems to be closing with a number of people dieing. George Michael also died, This week is not closing out well for people. Sadly her own Alcoholism and substance abuse took it's toll. She did not handle the fame well in the early years. Still sad that we lost her and her mother before the year closed out. I do wonder how they will address it in the follow up SW movie to the Force Awakens.
  19. Be interesting to see if they stay behind here and miss the change again when the market shifts to other forms of auto transport or do they catch up and hit the next change to be a market leader.
  20. Another of the over used Coupe roof design on a CUV. Time for them to come up with something original.
  21. But what happens when a bird takes a BIG Poo on the auto blocking the camera's vision and sensors. Who is gonna get out and wipe it?
  22. Wrong Twiddle Dee, That was Uber with their Volvo running the red lights.
  23. Very Cool While not wanting a self driving auto myself, glad to see this is happening as far too many idiots are on the road causing trouble. Better to have the computer drive them.
