  1. the yankee candle fresheners. You can get them at hallmark around here. I prefer the "clean cotton" or "fresh cotton" i donno exactly what they call it, but i think it has something to do with cotton or laundry. I would suggest opening it and letting it air out for a couple days before you put it in your car though, they are REALLY strong. I don't use fresheners often though. Only when it has been really wet out and i've been tracking dirty water into the car. Oh and cleaning your vehicle with mothers always leaves the vehicle smelling real nice.
  2. Really? The first thing I thought was small Murano, the grill, overall roofline, and rear window REALLY remind me of the murano.
  3. Spring break was decent for me. I had a big trip planned. Me and the gf were going to go down to denver and stay with my cousin and visit some friends. Well my cousin ended up having some medical problems so we scrapped that idea. (my cousin ended up being fine) So then me and her went up to winnipeg, mb and had a little fun in the bars with some friends of ours. I ended up pretty much taking care of her, but it was still a ton of fun. The girlfriend went home with some other friends and from winnipeg I went over to Northwest Angle, MN, which is that little tip of Minnesota that sticks up into Canada (take a look at a map, you will find it) and met my dad and a guy he works with and we went ice fishing. You really are in the middle of nowhere up there. Well fishing sucked for the most part, and after 2 days of sitting on the ive in a little house doing nothing we decided to get outa there. I went home spend a couple days and spent some time with the fam and then on thurs I headed down to Minneapolis for the weekend. My cousin was going to be moving to Vegas the week after so I wanted to hang out with him one more time. Just chilled in Minneapolis/St Paul for a few days I guess. Did the Mall of America and all that junk. We had a going away party for my cousin on saturday night which was a pretty decent party, and then on sunday I headed back to school. So 9 days, 1650 miles later, and like $200 in gas later, I was back in Fargo. Overall it was a pretty good time.
  4. My old car, 95 bonneville, which my sister was driving after me started leakin antifreeze and my sis never bothered to check it and eventually burned up the engine...idiot

  7. wow, i had never seen that commercial before. Good one
  8. i know what you mean, when i first saw the slade in pictures i thought that they dropped the ball. It was nice, but didn't think it had the presence of the old one....well finally saw one at the dealer the other day. white one, loaded, with the 22s and everything, and HOLY COW. I was almost speechless. It's a beautiful vehicle.
  9. yeah i have been thinking it was getting a little bad....there is a hardly a night i try to come on here that it isn't down for a little while.
  10. o it works like a charm.....i light pole straightened the back bumper on my last silverado after a drunk idiot clipped me one night. It was just a quick fix until he paid to have the back quarter fixed and the bumper replaced. Crazy thing was....that thing was a Brute II bumper that the guy who owned it before me had put on and it was supposed to be pretty much indestructable. So much for that theory.
  11. Cheers and Gears Gizoogled
  12. last summer my car started to run hot too, i took it to a couple guys and they threw parts at it without anything helping. finally one day this last fall i started it up and took off and had almost no power. Turns out it was my catalytic convertor all along. It had been plugged somewhat pretty much all summer and finally plugged up enough for me to notice.
  13. Is this on schedule with what they have said before?
  14. holy crap dude....that was awesome, did you break yourself or the blazer?
  15. doesn't look like anything that I have ever seen on a TB, i hope i don't either, it's kinda ugly IMO
  16. saw a blue maxx this morning at the dealership, very nice, i say go for it.
  17. this is dumb.....if i want to pay for the gas is my suburban, why shouldn't I be able to just pay for it and still keep driving, especially since the new one im looking at is E85 compatible and I will most likely be using it. All it is going to do is make a new suburban more costly for me to drive.
  18. well down here at school, high speed is provided in the dorms, but back at home, we live out in the country and our local provider (just a company that provides phone, cable, and internet for the northeast corner on north dakota) has set up towers that send out a signal, and then our modem picks it up and uses it. Just as fast as DSL and the same price as DSL, about 40 bucks a month with modem rental, which is pretty good for living in the middle of nowhere out here in ND. Are there any local providers near you, I guess that is all there is around here.
