Well...way to go to turn the tables on me like that... But Ill have to agree on leaving that car alone, only to repair and restore it where needed and continue driving it. That is why I asked the question to begin with.

E5 of Sandy Munro's road trip He says he barely squeezed in a charging point and that there were only two spots available. Im curious now more than ever to find about his battery and range details... He also said that his wife asked him to eat better food other than gas station hot dogs. LOL. He also hinted that he took a look at a Faraday Future and he said that its a nice car and he is impressed by it. Nothing else was said about it but he will go into detail about it later on.

So...yank that Slant 6 and Demonize the Charger it is then! Or in this case...Viperize it!

I do not know where this is, but I find it...cool

I see its for sale. (Or was? ) Now... would it be a travesty for the new owner to rip the slant 6 out and replace it with a Hellcat powertrain? Because if I wanted to buy a Charger to restomod and/or and pro-tour it, I wouldnt know and be quite hesitant to do it to this car in particular. 1. It looks like a PERFECT candidate for such an endeavor. One owner car. Under 30 000 miles. Body and frame look perfect. No rust etc... 2. BUT... One owner car with an original engine. Sure its a 6 cylinder, and NOT a Hemi or a 440, but Im assuming its a very RARE car these days. And the slant 6 was a legendary powerplant in its own right. I think if it had a 318 under the hood, I wouldnt be asking the same question. Im usually one to NOT focus on such things, but sometimes...I do.

I never got to see him play. He retired before I had a chance. But...I got to see Barry Bonds as a Pirate and a Giant at the Olympic Stadium many many times. I LOVED Barry. Many folk crapped his way. I found him to be entertaining on and off the field.

Many Montrealers feel the same way about that neighborhood. It started getting that way in the mid-1990s. Ill tell you one thing though about Le Plateau IN the 1990s...I dated some really freaky chicks that lived in the neighborhood at the time. When this song came out...I immediately had some flashbacks.

I hope your storm does not end up arriving here in Montreal. It sounds that we might get some of that shyte here too. Ill be listening to the weather guy speak his mind shortly. But then again, its been relatively snow free here so, it might not be a bad thing.

I had to look up this song in its original state as I never heard the song before. Its aight, I guess. Funky '70s beat and sounds. I always like Stevie Wonder, and this song is no different, but not my favorite from him. OK...back to the story. I got a suggestion from Youtube. Now...I know (and like) Paradise City from GnR. Its just that this Youtuber made a mash-up with Stevie Wonder's Living for the City and Paradise City. THIS VERSION ROCKS in my opinion and it would be my favorite from all of them!!!

You know...Ive never been. Well...Ive been there many times as a young tike 4-6 years old when my mom used to take me. We lived a stone throw's away from there. Maybe a couple of stones throws away. But since then, I havent been. I never took my family there. Th Bio Dome (ex velodrome where the speed bike competitions were held at the '76 Olympics) at the footsteps of the Olympic Stadium which is just across from there. Ive taken my family to a couple of Blue Jays exhibition games AND at the Bio Dome twice...but never to the Botanical Gardens.

Sandy Munro took delivery of a 2021 Tesla Model 3 and will take it across the USA to see how well (or not) it performs as compared to the last Model 3 he had when he and his company tore it down for cost analysis. He will do a cost analysis on this one too to see how Tesla changed its manufacturing on it. The road trip will also conclude about battery loss in cold weather. He is skeptical on the whole thing (on certain resources on BOTH sides). Some folk say battery degradation is at 40% or so while others say its as little as 15-20%. Well...HE wants to see for himself what is the reality of it all. There are 3 other episodes before this one. The 3 previous are his INITIAL thoughts on the visual cues on differences of his last Model 3. Panel gaps are still a problem...and it bugs the shyte out of him. (And the shytiness of closing the frunk) but mainly he says that panel gaps are REALLY not a big issue over all and that the Model 3 is really a fantastic EV over all. Paint issues are all gone too.

On THAT note for Chicago and Washington from Montreal. Dear Miss Harris, you are an inspiration to all of us! And Im proud that you have got a little bit of Montreal with you as well!!!

Coming home from work this late afternoon I heard this song on the radio Only to look at the comments in THIS thread and see that the stars in the sky are all aligned nicely. (Yes...it was a nice Chicago day today)

Yes...911 is a brand. Although Porsche hasnt whored out like Ferrari has, Porsche is banking on the 911... There is a 911 watch for practically all 911 trims... Yup...its a brand. How would I feel for a Corvette SUV? This is not about me whether I want to see a Corvette SUV or not. Ill humour the question though. I dont like ... I LOATHE ANY SUV that is NOT a Jeep Wrangler (or GC). Or a BOF full size from GM or FoMoCo. If that gives you a clue as to how I feel. But remember, this just goes to show you ONLY how I feel about SUVs in general. In my statement above, there is no mention about my feelings towards battery electrics, so dont assume anything about howse I feels about Mustang and a possible Corvette BEV SUV... Me despising SUVs does NOT necessarily make me despise Mustang or Corvette branded BEVs. I may or may NOT like that idea... A gentleman does NOT kiss and tell...
