"Molson" From the Ontario (Toronto) side of things....they think that the biggest rivalry in hockey is the Toronto-Montreal rivarly, but in the Quebec (Montreal) side of things, the Boston Bruins are the real deal rivalry.. I dont like grey cars. In the era that I grew up in, a teenager in the mid 1980s, grey was old fogey colour. My dad bought a grey 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity. When I got my driver's license, that was my ride...Its a good thing the chicks loved my sexy smile and my Greek God beautiful face ....but as soon as I got money in the pockets, I bought myself a used fiery red Firebird!!! (hey look, that old geezer has a grey car!!!) Besides....sports cars are supposed to be flashy....neon yellow and orange and red that screams for people to take notice! The ONLY grey/silver car Id drive with pride is this: Maybe this one....MAYBE...

If that is the case...then how much does a Mustang GT350 top out at? Because that is another choice Id prefer!

I am NOT doing a Mercedes C63 S Coupe. I dont like it. A Vette also fits the price range, but Im typically not a Vette guy either. I dont want to keep this M4 competition edition and Im getting desperate to find a car...but then it hits me.... A car from BMW itself that I could go for....as much as it pains me to use ANY BMW in this type of thread...this BMW has grown on me quite a bit... 650i coupe please.

Okay, Im doing 2 scenarios for this. You know, for entertainment purposes. In both scenarios, the used car will be the same. Because I own one....its comfy, fast, agile and it works well for both scenarios. Its big for a family and it hauls ass if I it needs to be and its luxurious enough to spend 2-3 weeks on the road and its reliable. Ive used this google thingy to find how much a used 2012-2014 Acura TL SH-AWD might go for in the USA and I found out that its a match...so.... 2012-2014 Acura TL SH-AWD Now...this is where the fun begins: If Im doing the family thing going cross country to Walley World and back... then a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is my choice. Not quite the Family Truckster Antartic Blue Super Sports Wagon versus the Metallic Pea station wagon...but a minivan is probably the best bet for stuff like this when real fullsized BOF American land yachts arent available. But.... If Im doing a Gumball Rally/Cannonball Run/Bull Run thing... Then Im choosing a black Charger Scatpack in a cop car disguise much like the cop car in the movie The Gumball Rally

Cool thread idea! Id do a combo of both. What????!!! What do you mean by that???!!! Well...Id go to Year One and order one of these three body shells from Dynaorn...brand spanking new engineered to spec to the originals but even better built than the originals: Obviously Id do Oldsmobile 442 or Hurst/Olds above all else but a 1969 Trans Am or 1970 Dodge Challenger would do. Floor pans, fenders even modern LED tail lights and headlights could be ordered from Year One. The only downside to an Oldsmobile clone may be that I still may need a Cutlass donor car to complete the rest of the skin as the skeleton body shell really is meant for a Chevelle and the fenders and such from Dynacorn and Year One are for Chevelles. Modern brakes and suspensions and crate engines could be ordered from just about anywhere...complete with the proper ECUs, sensors, computers and wiring harnesses. Modern reinforced frames from Art Morrison or Schwartz Performance to house modern multi-link suspensions would be the route Id take. So I could create a clone 1969 Trans Am with a modern LT1 engine, or a clone 442 with a LS7 or a clone 1970 Challenger with the 6.2 supercharged modern Hemi creating a 1970 Hellcat...

Both Cadillacs CT6 and CTS will probably be a choice for me here. But..Id like to add a car that could very well be overlooked here. The Lincoln Continental I dont care how one views this car. I myself has been very harsh on it. But in this price range, it could be the one to own...(if one is looking for a nice, plush and quiet ride)

Came to visit after a long hiatus and I see this thread. cool. OK...I see that the rules could be interpreted slightly differently than what Mr. Frisky intends. And I sometimes circumvent these rules, but Ill try not to. Ive got back up cars just in case. 1. 1969 Hurst/Olds and if it dont fit the rules....Ill go with another A-Body from the same year but from Chevy. 1969 Yenko Chevelle. But I cant see how the Oldsmobile should be denied. Its a car that Oldsmobile and Hurst collaborated together to take a standard Cutlass, that was already transformed into a 442, eliminate the 400 cubic inch engine and shoehorn a 455 HO. And Hurst would just build upon the W-30 package... as per regulations, the Hurst/Olds is a legit entry. 2. 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 Collector's Edition or a 1999 30th Anniversary Edition. Same Thing. I prefer the yellow but Ill do the white and blue stripes if I have too. 3. 2017 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Like the Oldsmobile, this car is based on a "lesser" model in the Vanquish and is limited to 99 cars. If this one gets bounced, which it should not, Ill do the 2016 Corvette C7R edition. (Which is basically the same principle as the Zagato...) 4. 1966 or 2016 Hertz Ford Mustang Preferably the 1966 GT350H but the 2016 GT-H edition aint too shabby either... And finally, the last choice is kinda like the 1969 Olds and the 2017 AM in that this next choice is based on a lower trimmed car, the Regal in which was already muscle-fied into a Grand National and for a last big bang hurrah edition, the GNX was born in 1987. Only 547 were built. 5. 1987 Buick GNX If this gets denied, then its an easy choice. Ive swapped one for the other in other DCG threads. Same engine but improved on an F-Bodied Pontiac. The 1989 25th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am which also happens to be an Indy 500 pace car edition. 2 for the price of 1.

The problem exists as long as 168,000 gas stations are available vs 9,758 electric charging stations." I may be a muscle car guy through and through, an AMERICAN car guy enthusiast at heart, but along the way, I have learned to appreciate the many wonders that exist throughout the world. Like the 1986 930 Turbo. It was actually my first time that I fell for the 911. Later I found out that the 1986 930 Turbo is special. My first time in contact with a 911 was in the movie The Bachelor Party in 1984-1985 when it came out on Beta. I did not know how to feel about it but a year or so later fell in love with the 930 Turbo. The Targa from 1987 just looks cool with that whale tail. But those too, (from 1987-1989) have become special models. From 1989 and on I started doing my homework on the 911 starting with the 959 and when I saw the speedster. And that is when I fell in love with the 1973 Carrera RS 2.7. Then the 993 came to be and how could anybody not respect the 1993 GT2 and the Twin Turbo of 1997? I may not like the early 911s before they were called that in 1963 or so, and that is why I may not be a bonafide Porschefile, but I do know enough about them to be...an enthusiast without being a total fan geek about them. But I do respect the dickens outta them.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport...even though I read your review on it and it might not be what I was looking for... for it... It is still a compelling package non-the-less. A Platinum 2.0 Ecoboost will do as well. Frisky....you took the 2005 Altima SE-R before I could...its OK. OK Frisky.... I came back just to do this list. For you. For Sled over at MT. (I think I saw two other dream garage threads. Ill do those next) I am not a Porschephile by any means. Sometimes I see them as ugly, bug eyed, frog styled Nazi Volkswagen Kafers (Beetles to you folk). But most of the time, I see them as the awesome machines as they are! I often get lost in its beauty and I sit there staring at it mesmerized by the sheer engineering marvel that it is. I dont know if I could fill all 9 spots, but Ill sure try. These 911s are the ones that I adore the most. And yes, I respect the dickens outta this sports car as its an icon like no other. These 911s are my favorites. A 911, or a Vette, are not cars that suit my tastes, but I wouldnt mind having several of them in a Jay Leno style garage that I may own...one day...maybe.
