  1. The minvan without sliding doors? lol Yeah, I always forget that because it doesn't seem to compete with anything, in my opinion at least. I passionately hate the Journey. It just seems so..awkward to me.. But would they be stealing their own sales from a Renegade or 500x though?(doubtful they'd steal 500x sales as there aren't many dealers around to steal from). I guess the same could be said for the Cherokee though...
  2. How about something a little larger more Escape/Nox/CR-V-like instead of another Renegade/500x? I know Jeep has the Cherokee but that's the only SUV of that size FCA really has. It'd put a second, more luxurious, vehicle in that class. I'd assume it would more compete with the Terrain Denali or Escape Titanium.
  3. I'm a daily energy drink user... I know it's not good for me but I love them. Only one a day and usually not on the weekends. Sugar free Rockstar!
  4. Congrats on the purchase! Heck, I would have bought the '14 Verano turbo for 16k. That's probably one fun little car.
  5. I wish I could say the same.. My 'Boys are in deep and look like hell. Yet they are still in the playoff picture. Talk about a piss poor division. 4-9 shouldn't be competitive in any division.
  6. This. I say the same damn thing about Buffalo sauce. If it doesn't taste good, than all you're doing is torturing yourself. I'll third that! That's one reason I don't like the all famous siracha hot sauce. To me, it doesn't have any flavor, just heat. I think that's why I usually lean more towards a buffalo sauce. CCAP OMG I did not mean to downvote you! Can someone please erase that, or at least cancel it out? As far as sriracha, I agree totally, that is why I use it only as an additive to other sauces, not by itself. Haha thanks guys but no worries, it's just a "vote". I still would have slept just fine tonight had it been a down vote. Lol. ...unlike a few here...
  7. 431rwhp? That has to be a ringer. I typically don't like the theory of manufacturers sending ringers anywhere and if Hennessey bought this to study/tune it a different story but if these were given to them from a test fleet it sounds like a good ole fashion ringer. That power loss is only 24hp. No way something only loses 5%. I know modern drivetrains have advanced A LOT but they still lose more than 5%. The Corvette lost 13% and the Camaro only 5%..?

  9. This weather has been crazy this past week. Yesterday and today it hit 70degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to too. Middle of December and it's still 60-70 degrees out. I'll take that.
  10. Different styles of convertible tops. The Bosxters come with normal soft-tops. The Bosxter Spyders come with this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3Ddq-8HzeI Looks like a fancy style soft top still...
  11. Lol I guess.. Mostly, I just don't understand why put a number in front of an existing name.
  12. Hahahaha I love it! So..slightly off topic, how was it? Let's answer the tougher question. What DIDNT you like about it?
  13. ^ Yeah, we are the few that would buy a vehicle as large as an S-Class or 7 Series and care about the driving dynamics. I can't see many luxury buyers looking at steering feel and chassis stiffness on a test drive(of a car in the S, 7, A8 size). All the goodies on the inside...yup.
  14. That is one good lookin' car!

  17. lol he seem like the kind of guy that is so over-the-top ridiculous that it's fun to keep it going. Keep yankin' his chain.
  18. Yeah I also don't understand why numbers and words for their names. 718 and 718 spyder would be fine. But not 718 Cayman and 718 Boxter. I feel like they just added complexity to their naming. Looking at Porsche's website, what is the difference between a Boxter and a Boxter Spyder? I thought "spyder" usually just mean it's a convertible?
  19. Science dfelt, science. Nobody knows how the combined ratings are calculated. They just are.
  20. When I first read $6100 I didn't think it was all that bad but I guess I did't realize how affordable the Camry and Fusion hybrids are now. Now $6100 looks more expensive.
  21. Yeah, the earlier Ions had some issues, but the later ones seem to hold up pretty well....... Yeah they two in our "posession" are '06 and '07. One manual, one auto. I think my sister has no intentions of getting rid of hers any time soon either. It's kind of just their around town, beat around car at this point but they don't have issues with it.
  22. Really? The average age of vehicles on American roads in the last several years has hovered around the eleven year mark. So you are saying that these things will never achieve average age? Because who is going to pay to keep these things going after 8 years, with this kind of failure rate? What a colossal waste of money. lol that's not what I said at all. If the average age is 11 years then it will be fixed and good to go within that 11 year period, not on the customer's dime.
  23. Pics. Pics or its 100% fake. If anything with China's displacement tax I would have thought they would have gotten the 4 cylinders before us.
  24. It's covered under its 8year warranty. Not as big of a deal as the title leads to believe, IMO.
  25. Hahaha that was awesome!
