I dig the wheel style but it's a good 2" too large.

Interesting to read about what happened there. I'm not sure on the accuracy of this because of the age and I'm not sure what Ford REALLY ended up using but this said they didn't utilize the 9spd from GM. https://www.motortrend.com/news/ford-gm-nine-speed-transmission-shared-news/ " Several years ago, we reported that Ford and General Motors had agreed to work together on a pair of next-generation transmissions. GM was tasked with developing a nine-speed automatic for front-wheel-drive vehicles while Ford worked on a 10-speed for rear-drive applications. In theory, they'd be able to use the other's transmission and each save money. In reality, things went a little differently. Automotive News reports that while GM has been happy to use Ford's 10-speed in several vehicles such as the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and Cadillac Escalade, Ford has yet to use GM's nine-speed. Instead, Ford developed a modified eight-speed version that will appear in the 2019 Focus, as well as several other 2019 models. It began work on two additional eight-speed automatics—one for performance use and one for smaller engines. The reason? GM's nine-speed didn't provide enough of a boost in fuel economy. "The small efficiency benefit did not justify the added weight and cost of an extra clutch and gear," a Ford spokesperson told Automotive News in a statement. "We've engineered our nine-speeds for even more refined shifts," a GM spokesperson told Automotive News in a statement. "Smaller steps between gears in a nine vs. an eight-speed enable smoother shifts for customers." "

I know it doesn't matter but that first pic, the wheel is also on the curb... Regardless, I get your point, lol. @David, the 10spd is for RWD applications and their 8/9spd is for FWD applications. (I thought it was originally a 9spd co-developed with GM but I see them only using 8spd versions).

I'd drive one of them. Fully loaded for like 35ish-k and it would do everything I need. The 4.5ft bed is short but I think payload would be just fine as most of the mid sizers(and even crew cab half tons) are in the 1500lb area code.
-
And the 2.0T models. The CVT is hybrid-only.
-
Yeah, that seems a little odd and I cannot see it lasting long if the owner utilizes the max payload/towing all that often.

It doesn't even need a super-fat rear tire, just one that looks proportional to the rest of the bike. Also, I don't have much hopes this makes it to production. They basically have a "GoFundMe" going with $27,700 raised with a goal of $500,000. I know they almost certainly have private funding but still asking for money have me quite skeptical.. https://wefunder.com/zaiser.motors

They probably realized they cannot come through on both claims of 1100hp and 520 miles of range... https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a36647484/tesla-model-s-plaid-canceled/

You're averaging close to 27mpg with your 2.3T, 2WD Ranger in combined driving? What kind of mix do you think you do, percent city/highway? I'm averaging 22.8mpg over the entire life(of my ownership) in my 2.3T AWD MKC. I know I'm losing some mpg in AWD vs 2WD, but I'd bet there's a decent gain with your 10spd auto vs my older 6spd auto. I'd say my overall combined mix is 60/40, 55/45 highway/city. I do a lot of short trips but miles are accumulated with the longer drives(obviously).

I certainly don't think fighting contributes nothing to the game. It's guys protecting their stars who're being roughed up unnecessarily.

Alternative Fuels & Propulsion RANDOM
ccap41 replied to G. David Felt's topic in Electric Vehicles and Alternative Fuels
BZ4X, it just slides right off the tongue. -
Ahhh yes, that was my point earlier to David, as just this channel alone may not be everything they do. Thanks for the information, I had a feeling they were doing other stuff. Unfortunately, they're terribly annoying(the 10 seconds I watched).
-
Oh that's fair enough then. Lame, but fair.
-
But you were into the NHL "before it became more about fighting", but it's ALWAYS been that way and it's less about fighting now more than EVER. @oldshurst442*laughs at story* *upvotes the rest*

Well, here are some of their other videos' views. Yes, I also looked this up awhile back because I was curious how people are making money off YouTube, serious money. There's A LOT to consider when thinking about how much they make because this is now a job for them and they're expensing these things as well. Also, your numbers are assuming none of them do videos with other people and there's nothing given to them, and there are zero other sponsorships going on. Yes, it's rare and difficult to become a YouTube millionaire but it's also rare to get a million subscribers and videos with millions of views. I watched about 10 seconds of what you posted and those guys seem terribly annoying and I plan to never give them a single "view" of mine.

They have 1.14m subscribers, this is their own money.

Definitely, credit should not be taken away from the Avs. They likely would have won the series even if we were 100% healthy, but it would have at least been competitive. They look GOOD right now.

Does it make a difference if you wear a mask whether you're vaccinated or not, assuming you chose to not get vaccinated? You are either vaccinated and cannot(should not) get COVID or you already don't care about the risks. The whole "you don't have to wear a mask if you're vaccinated but if you are not vaccinated, you have to wear a mask" thing does not make sense to me. Both parties have made their decision already.

One of those times where the right time and right song just make the atmosphere go nuts. Playoff hockey is a beauty and there's nothing else like it. I'm just disappointed in mah Blues hadedly getting swept in the first round. The ole injury bug struck them BAD this year and it showed.

Dang, I'm so sorry for you loss. As Drew has said, we're like a bunch of siblings who will argue to the teeth over petty things but in the end, we'll always be there for each other through whatever is going on. I know we don' know each other but if you want to vent to talk about anything or even just type it out to send, feel free to PM me.
