  1. Yes, I read the link/article. The idea of it is good for around town or a couple hour day trip with friends but you cannot expect to attempt to road trip and pick out dealerships to swap batteries. There was also zero talk of range but They're likely small batteries with not-a-ton of range. The Harley Davidson LiveWire has a range of 95 miles combined or 146 miles city. I very much expect a battery/bike situation where batteries can be easily swapped to not have the capacity of the LiveWire, having less range.
  2. Swapping batteries, sounds oh so slightly more of a pain in the @ss than filling up at a gas station on a road trip.
  3. I had to look it up myself. This is what I found. https://www.goodcarbadcar.net/chevrolet-malibu-sales-figures/
  4. ...as the GT-R 13 years ago. It's been left on the clothes line to dry for a bit too long now. 200k and vehicles that sold 200-300k each have been dropped from the segment(Fusion & Malibu). 200k looks pretty bad when you realize that, imo.
  5. Classic Nissan, LAST.
  6. Sorry, not ocnblu, smk. smk, not ocnblu.
  7. My assumption would be the entire fleet may take 30 minutes in total. Then why do you give ocnblu such a hard time for being a Benz fan?
  8. My in-laws are from India. Sure have owned a Mercedes. No, I don't currently own one. The difference is the blind defense of them. There aren't great Mercedes and there aren't good reasons to buy an EV or convert everything to electric. At least ocnblu puts his money where his mouth is an owns a Benz. ..just say'n..
  9. And every MAJOR city in the US is a shtstorm during rush hour as well, what's your point? I posted a population density map. Smoke and mirrors. Neither will own one anytime soon. It'll be some excuse after the next.
  10. Population density (number of persons per square kilometre area) in States/ Union territories in India
  11. That's like showing a picture of Times Square and saying it's easier to get around on bikes in the USA. Not all of india is that packed.
  12. This was my first question, where are they recharging these things at? Oh that's not more complicated than just filling tanks with diesel. What's the actual benefit here? Emissions? That's literally the only benefit because the rest is way more inconvenient to the end user.
  13. The admin wanted it in so it gets a pass.
  14. Redwings fan?!? Back when we were in the same division and it was a great rivalry, home games against Detroit were known as "punch a Redwings fan in the face day". ? That's just absurd. It's a cool car and all but there's no reason for a market adjustment on a Mach 1, imo. I just cannot see it holding its value without a Shelby name on it.
  15. Do you ask the other the same question...?
  16. Why even compare to a decade old vehicle though? You can't buy one new for a "savings" comparison, like what's being discussed. Also, no. Did you look at anything other than exterior measurements? The MachE is much more similar to an Escape everywhere inside.
  17. Interior volume is pretty close to the Escape, and slightly smaller, actually. Here's actually a pretty good comparison of the two vehicles. https://cleantechnica.com/2020/07/17/ford-mustang-mach-e-vs-ford-escape-cost-of-ownership-specs-features/
  18. So what are your calculations on payoff for the two mentioned vehicles? At what point is the Mach E actually saving the user money?
  19. I actually LOVE that this looks like an "old school" "regular" work van(outside of the headlights).
  20. You'd certainly be 1 of 1. Nobody else in the world is wrapping their BMW motorcycle tank to match their 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche. ?
  21. Just last week I watched the episode where she taught Clarkson how to drive the Nurburgring. Damn, that's a shame...
  22. Damn, I was too late to the party as once I read BMW bike I thought the oposing twins and that you have been wanting a R nine T. Beautiful bike and ocngrats!
  23. Depends on your trim level. XL's still have turn keys.
  24. No, you were very clear. He just doesn't understand it.
