  1. Independent front suspension will make the Bronco 100 times better on-road. It might not be 100% the Wrangler off road but 95% would still be great.
  2. Unless you refinance, the loan will just end sooner. Smart move, imo. I'm never a fan of financing an entire depreciating asset like that where you have negative equity immediately and likely for the first 4-5 years(assuming one is paying minimum payments).
  3. Dang, sometimes I forget how long it's been since I've had a bike. I think it's been like 10-11 years already and I just assume everything "modern" has those features. I forget that a '15-'16 is already 5 and 6 years old, respectively. I'd still per perfectly okay with buying the same thing I had except the naked version. I had a 2006 Daytona 675 and I'd love a Street Tripe of that age, because I could probably find it for only a few grand. That's all just a dream as I don't have a place I'd be happy keeping it yet. Three of my friends have said "Keep it at my place!" ...No. ?
  4. Opposite of what @A Horse With No Namesaid, i think they look quite beautiful. Yes, they're different but this is certainly one of the best "put an old body on a modern car" jobs I've ever seen. It just seems quite well done, to me.
  5. That minimal 6.9" of ground clearance is probably just nice to have with snow. Obviously nobody is taking these on off-road trails but an extra little bit to not plow snow would be nice or to scrap less going to a camp site. I approve of it but also, if you're wanting that little extra clearance, you can just go up a size or two on your tires aspect ratio.
  6. $750/month for 84 months
  7. Oh I believe it. It just LOOKS like a high strung bike but, more than likely, it would strictly be a toy to me so there wouldn't be much commuting anywhere with it. There probably are computer settings for "comfort" driving through that would likely soften up the throttle and make it easier or calmer when just commuting. There's probably a "rain" setting that really softens the throttle up. I need to worry about a garage before getting a bike...unfortunately...
  8. 6th gear being 1:1 means its a true sports car.
  9. Yes, I understand what you're saying. How many chargers are there in total, outside of the "Ford" network?
  10. Not surprisingly, a Miata is not suited for MrSUV. I've never gotten the chance to drive a Miata but they've always looked like a little riot to drive. I also think these look really good in RF guise as I'm not a fan of soft tops at all.
  11. There also aren't 16,000 Costcos in the US, there are 558.
  12. Personally, and from experience with what every single company ever has done, I very much expect the AWD performance model to not be offered on the base trim and it'll be a pretty penny more than the base model.
  13. Yeah, I think as more get into charging their vehicles it'll force higher quality chargers and more of them. People will(and are) get fed up with chargers not working or charging waaaay slower than their rating.
  14. "... performance all-wheel drive option available." This does lead me to believe it'll be a 10k package because it'll likely be matched with more powerful motors and/or battery.
  15. https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a36175755/ev-charging-infrastructure-in-america-still-sucks/ Such a train wreck of an infrastructure, right now.
  16. All of these exotic CAR companies coming out with SUVs are absolutely touting their SUV as a real SUV but with added performance and luxury features. DBX3.webp
  17. I mean... I'm a middle child of three and my parents had an older chrysler minivan before making a sweet jump to a GMC Safari with the raised roof and a DANG TV(maybe 6-8 inches ?)! That's how people think these days.. I have a coworker who recently had their first child and they got rid of his Sonata for a Traverse. One kid.
  18. It was a question based on 4 door SUVs not being considered "family haulers", brought up by others. "family haulers" need three rows...? Most families are less than four people(3.14, to be exact).
  19. They have 4drs for the same reasons luxury sedans have 4 doors.. to carry 4 people. Not necessarily as a family hauler. Am I missing something? Are two kids and two parents no longer a family? Or parents and one kid?
  20. I ALMOST typed " *sarcasm* " but didn't think it was truly necessary.
  21. I love the size of the Sport. I've walked around a Velar in our work parking garage and they're like weirdly low. I don't know a good way to describe them but, I believe, I could look over the rearmost roofline onto the roof and I'm only 5'8". It just has that much of a rake and then the bottom "pinches" upward for ground clearance. It was just a little awkward on an otherwise very attractive vehicle. This is about the best I can quickly find for a comparison.
  22. I believe the 2nd row folds down and then up also, or at least it slides forward, @balthazar Modern crew cab trucks could almost fit a 3rd row in the same space the 2nd row is, they're massive back there.
  23. The big Rover doesn't offer a 3rd row but, funny enough, the Sport has an optional 3rd row. I cannot imagine how cramped it would be back there but it is available. FWIW, the Discovery and Defender also offer a 3rd row. @balthazar, now you have be running down the Range Rover Sport rabbit hole(because I'd love one some day). I'm pricing one out, just for shts, and I know you have a huge issue with pricing on paints. Check this out. There's only one color that's "free", Fuji White. Five colors that are $710.00 One for $1550.00 Thirteen colors that are $4550.00 Most of those thirteen colors have a satin option that changes the $4550 to $7450. One "Special" color, "Icy White", that costs $9200 that can also be made satin totaling $12,050. How absurd are those prices?!?! I came across these because I was like, "Dang, British Racing Green?! YES, Please! Oh...$4550.00..."
  24. I have little interest in the EQS. I'm disappointed it isn't closer to a "conventional" sedan as its aesthetics don't do anything for me.
