I couldn't agree more. I genuinely do not know what to believe about it.

It's China. I don't believe a thing that comes out of there.

200k is 200k, right? It doesn't matter if its coming from Bentley or Cadillac. I have my doubts Cadillac(or any of the US Automakers) can do an interior worthy of a 200k starting price. That was my point.

I mean, you can choose your own colors.. The point was the high quality/materials that go into it.

I think a Duramax ZR2 Bison left almost stock would be ideal. You get range, a bed for holding extra stuffs, and 4 doors(also for extra stuffs), undercarriage protection and the off road capability while maintaining OEM reliability, would be pretty ideal. I think the only thing I'd possibly change would be a slightly larger set of tires and/or a small lift. It just doesn't need anything. I guess you could add a brush guard and winch for added protection.

I have my doubts they can put together an interior like this "worthy" of a 200k price tag. https://www.motortrend.com/news/2020-bentley-flying-spur-interior-how-its-made/

If it isn't in production and can't be purchased, can't pass crash safety standards, can't meet emissions requirements, it isn't real. It's just another fantasy concept vehicle. It's just a piece of art.

Well, nobody currently working at Cadillac was a part of those 30's-40's vehicles so there really isn't any proof they have the ability to do it, yet.

Those are two very different sized vehicles, aren't they? I thought the XT4 was tiny and the Envision was just below the 3-rower in the Enclave? Are they moving it down closer in size to the Encore? It looks sharp but kind of weird they're using the same name for what seems like a pretty big change in size. Well, FWIW, they're closer than I thought.

That 911 shooting brake is terrible. It'd be much easier to lower a Mecan than whatever the fck they're doing.

I think you must not have scrolled down far enough as it was announced in February. There was a button "load more" and it was down further.

2021 regulations on spending money should REALLY shake things up. I'm really looking forward to a much more level playing field as it should be a much more competitive field. It'll be interesting to see how some of these young, great drivers fair when they actually get a car that's competitive. You're not wrong though. 2021 should be interesting as there will be an imposed spending limit and it should level out the field so the small teams can actually afford to put out a competitive car. I mean, there are two separate organizations.. Just let them both do their own thing.

I know the intent there but what are the parents supposed to do? Not all parents are working from home or have a job that they can not be there, Police, doctors/nurses. There will be kids who aren't getting fed, the families who rely on the public school system for meals, and kids with no parental supervision.

Under the cargo floor? That's in a ton of vehicles. Maybe GM did the first but it certainly isn't exclusive to them. -

I don't think hidden compartments are a copy of anybody... -
Yes, that's why there is the professional he's speaking to. Rogan isn't the one attempting to speak factual about a topic he doesn't know.
-
I'm not the one making the clickbait headlines... Rogan isn't an actor. Well, I guess he's acted before but he definitely isn't know AS an actor. Denounce what you'd like to denounce..

It's a good listen, right? It's good to hear the information stated in a conversation back and forth rather than some news outlet speaking TO us. It just feels more genuine and like I can believe it more. I know it shouldn't make a difference, but it makes it all feel more real as news outlets purposefully go for "clicks" or "views" with dramatic statements or headlines.
-
For those of you who care, a true professional on the subject. There are other ways to just listen to the podcast but if you're on a computer, it's a good listen in the background.

Shooooooot, Linocln has higher ATPs than Mercedes... I honestly never would have guessed.

Alternative Fuels & Propulsion RANDOM

There's probably a reason there aren't many car sales under 20k, because it's difficult to price something that low with all of the regulatory costs(and the obvious engineering/testing costs). I can't imagine they could fit 150 miles worth of range in a vehicle and be able to price it under 20k...yet. They all used to have a cheap-o vehicle but the margins on those vehicles are so tight that a sales dip(people transitioning to SUVs) can greatly effect the bottom line.
