  1. Speaking of things that needed to happen yesterday..... Keep a few sedans for the traditional folk, get a few SUV/CUVs, and a sportwagon..... Don't think you'll wait to much longer to see those two Chevys axed....
  2. Odd, but not so much in a bad way. The more I look at it, it kinda makes a bit of sense-it's different. Placed right (think Kia Soul) this could do pretty well....
  3. Gotta say that new look is growing on me..... Prices are not bad, but a price jump is smart considering there be some money on the hood at some point. Not so much in a bad way, but I see the economy tumbling a bit in the future....
  4. I do like them....
  5. Wouldn't know that by the way they are giving them away around here! But I do agree somewhat, as discounts are putting the compact price range. At that point, they do offer a good bang for buck then.....
  6. Kinda yes, kinda no... For what you pay for a decent midsize, you can get a nice compact SUV, which plenty of folks are doing. Heck, if not for my job loss, there would have been a good chance there would have been a Nox in my drive this year (though maybe a Terain next year) You can do more with them too (like in our case, scouting) Midsize cars are more for the commute and simple family stuff...heck, That, and many midsize cars are creeping toward large car status.... Personally, I could use either, as I do like both, so I don't take it lightly. But people want to be up high, and have more space that they can use Funny part about it though it that it is kinda the second coming up the station wagon in many ways.....
  7. Biggest Problem? No one cares.. Midsize cars are going to be a dying breed quite quickly.......
  8. Yeah, part camo, different colors.....
  9. Just saw the test mule......don't see these vans all cut up like this......... No phone on me either......poop.....
  10. So sorry about your loss....
  11. Crazy prices are one of the reasons I've rethought the whole buying thing... I think at this point I am going to continue to run an older fleet of compact cars (best time might be now as no one wants small cars), then throw a compact SUV/CUV later.. After being laid off, thinking adding a used GM car this year, then maybe an SUV next year if the economy doesn't tank bad....
  12. One of my faves... Another good one...
  13. Tis is true.... And airbags and tow trucks!
  14. More Fleetwood Mac.....
  15. Seems these are built for the F&F crowd that is now a decade older, and yearning for the old days, but doesn't have to time to build that fart cannon of doom like they used to. One thing I have heard is that these are easier to build on if they want to customize (and you know some will), so it is a good start for those who want to build on. And besides the fact they belong in speed racer, it's not a bad thing at all. Who knows, we might be surprised by this crowd, or there are going to be a bunch of youtube vids of accident prone Civics.......
  16. People trying new things.... Pretty sure rebates were higher at Ford too.....
  17. This one is easy....the charger hands down.....
  18. Well, can't hurt at this point....
  19. Yeah, that is the scary part....I think they simply either don't have a clue, or they don't give a rat's butt. Dfelt has the right idea....would be sad, but if they want to learn the hard way.....
  20. Agreed...looks quite silly now..though it it now finally growing on me.....
  21. It was like a toy for those wannabes who grew up with the F &F crowd...
  22. Would be nice to at least to see a 3 on the road.....
