I have no problem with a FWD Buick, as long as it is plush, sumptuous, and spoils the driver. Leave the RWD to the euro-fighting Cadillac, and the performance oriented Pontiac.

An isolationist stance will mean that Russia, and China will be able to be even more aggressive globally, especially in areas like Africa. It will not bode well for anyone in those areas who believes in freedom, liberty, and human rights.

Defying CAFE would likely be a PR nightmare. People are becoming more and more green conscious, and the media would jump on GM faster than Lindsay Lohan on a bottle of Svedka.

Maybe in the future, the government will tariff V8's so they will be out of reach for most... or the government will offer major rebates for people who operate engines of this size, bringing the price down.

:rotflmao: There's my honest answer, dude. Seriously, you've been going on about this for a long time. You hate B-Pillars. We get it. But it's not 1971 anymore. The new Camaro looks fantastic; the B-Pillar is not a big deal for a lot of people, and the vehicle itself looks much better than anything comparable from the likes of Ford, Hyundai, or Toyota. At least cheer for the vehicle because it's bringing some balls back to the automotive world.

Pretty horrible; we've run out of Maple Syrup, and all four ressidents of Saskatchewan have died of malnourishment. I also got into a big argument yesterday with my buddy about how he's not my friend.

Yeah, and there's not much point in suing Canada. We're on strike anyways.

I just realized a global cooling will really, really suck for Canada.

The whole Global Warming deal is so politicized that the rhetoric is near-poisonous. I too, was under the impression that we were headed for a cooling, because that's what I was taught in school. Although I hope that one day in the future that we will be laughing at the 'Global Warming' hysteria, I still think that we should be looking at our ecological footprint, and look for ways to minimize our environmental damage.
