  1. I love that interior. The Traverse seems like a winner.
  2. I suppose that makes sense, but like you said, it's unfortuneate.
  3. I like the 800 as well. It's clean and well styled, with no buldging head or tail lights. I'd like to see the interior.
  4. I'd like to know: if they put a manual in other Holdens, which is what the G8 is, how much extra could it cost? I mean, what kind of testing do they have to do that is different here than from the rest of the world...do people shift with their feet in other markets so the tranmission must be calibrated for foot actuion, and allow their hands to work the clutch?
  5. I was just pointing out what I saw. Now about the malibu VS Camry. I'm guessing the Camry gets better total milage, but the malibu 4 cylinder/6-speed is more fuel effecient isn't it?
  6. They also claim to have the most cars that get 30mpg.
  7. Can I have the green one?
  8. I stand by my last suggestion.
  9. This must be why no one uses the chat room.
  10. Buy a video camera with night vision. Record. Download. Save As. Sell / Post on the internet. Repeat.
  11. Save up, and buy a Camaro V6 when it comes out.
  12. Nop,e won't work today for me either.
  13. I'm not sure why you feel the need to defend every GM car ever made and act as though they are all without fault, and are simply the best. It's that kind of thinking that keeps GM, Ford, and Chrysler from building world class cars. The Cobalt's a pretty good little car, but by no means the best, contrary to what you may believe. As for quiet, they are both pretty good on the highway, but more noise from the engine comes in through the Cobalt to me, and I personally never warmed up to the engine sound, but I don't care for the sound of most 4-bangers. That being said, when you've got an extra gear in the transmission you can keep the engine from having to rev up as much or often, thereby making it quieter, especially in the city. I'm also unsure why you feel the need to make it your personal mission lately to nitpick about it with me, but whatever. If it makes you feel better, since you probably won't stop until you've heard something about how great a GM car is, the Malibu is better than the Accord in my eyes, and the Camry, and the Avenger, etc. Happy? Now let's move on.
  14. Wasn't this or a story very similar to this posted like a year ago?
  15. man was washed up on a beach after a terrible shipwreck. Only a sheep and a sheepdog were washed up with him. After looking around, he realized that they were stranded on a deserted island. After being there awhile, he got into the habit of taking his two animal companions to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. One particular evening, the sky was a fiery red with beautiful cirrus clouds, the breeze was warm and gentle - a perfect night for romance. As they sat there, the sheep started looking better and better to the lonely man. Soon, he leaned over to the sheep and put his arm around it. But the sheepdog, ever protective of the sheep, growled fiercely until the man took his arm from around the sheep. After that, the three of them continued to enjoy the sunsets together, but there was no more cuddling. A few weeks passed by and, lo and behold, there was another shipwreck. The only survivor was Hillary Clinton. That evening, the man brought Hillary to the evening beach ritual. It was another beautiful evening - red sky, cirrus clouds, a warm and gentle breeze - perfect for a night of romance. Pretty soon, the man started to get 'those feelings' again.. He fought the urges as long as he could but he finally gave in and leaned over to Hillary and told her he hadn't had sex for months. Hillary batted her eyelashes and asked if there was anything she could do for him. He said, 'Would you mind taking the dog for a walk?'
