  1. Now I'm kind of confused. Can someone correct me if I'm wrong? SUV: Buick, GMC, Saturn Minivan: Chevy, Buick, Saturn
  2. Freight train locomotive-ish.
  3. Unfortunately, and please correct me if I'm wrong, the production version will be/has been toned down from the concept you posted.
  4. Wow that is nasty. I guess MB isn't having just quality problems anymore. If you have to copy even the smallest bit of Civic design language you must be desperate.
  5. I bought "Free Me" the first week it was out, one of about 2,000 or so people, lol. It sounds like nothing else out there, very 60's. If I had to pigeonhole it I guess I'd put it in the pop/bossonova (sp?) genre.
  6. I knew I was forgetting the Range Rover interior. Beautiful...a work of art.
  7. It's still a 4 banger. I'd much rather be hearing something a little bit more muscular.
  8. I don't read each and every post, either, razor. I think that's the job of the moderators. As you may have noticed, even if you do not read each and every post, is that I already added what I wanted to.
  9. I knew I couldn't have been the only one! Who did you like the best? Baby (Emma) will always have a place in my heart.
  10. Damn straight. I also like Mariah's Christmas stuff, "Christmas Wrapping" (Spice Girls version, lmao, I'm serious), Luther Vandross and Michael Buble are cool, too. Nice and smooth.
  11. Ahhh, thanks. The plood definately looks better than the normal plastic.
  12. Solstice interior was an afterthought after everything else (exterior, chassis, tuning, powertrain) was done perfectly. My choices: Car: Anything but the Civic Truck: Xterra
  13. People (or ricers) love the exhaust noise after they put the "wuss can" on it. No thanks. I hated going from the Grand Prix to the xB in reference to the exhaust. It just sounds wussy, girly, etc. Ultimately, I'll take a V6 or higher.
  14. Make it a little bit interesting, some color contrasting so the entire interior isn't the same color. GM would not be getting killed for it.
  15. Seems like some are jealous because the Trailblazer SS isn't as good. As I recall, though, Edmunds gave a good review of the TBSS, too. Edit: spelling.
  16. LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stop laughing!!!!!!
  17. Buickman, you just lost me with repeating that comment and I just lost my shorts from laughing so hard. I thought that little story was pretty good when I first read it because it makes sense to an extent. Unfortunately, you repeated it and now it's just a joke.

  19. Yep. Easy to back out of a parking lot after bumping a parked car. I haven't done it but my ex-girlfriend's mom did. Hilarious.
  20. I think the aluminum makes the interior look finished. Plain black/grey plastic was a fad that should have never started.
  21. What is plood? To me, it sounds like another word for crap so I was thinking, "What could be crap on the new Tahoe?"
  22. Reg, a lot of people on this board have defended the (boring) exterior styling and (not that great) interior styling/materials of the Malibu or Impala. I guess some of us are in the same boat.
  23. Autoblog had a story on this the other day. They said the top-of-the-line diesel, AWD Caliber can reach almost $30K. According to the story, the diesel is an even larger premium over the hybrid.
  24. I think we're being just a little overly mean. I didn't meet with any GM execs and I don't have to harass/make fun of someone. :P No, seriously, if you don't want to here buickman then ignore him. Don't treat him like crap if you don't agree with him and his plan. I think your first and biggest mistake, buickman, was wanting to receive money for the plan. That took whatever credability and strong points it may have had and flushed them down the toilet.
