  1. There's an entire website dedicated to Scion wrecks. Amazing...
  2. My orotho put normal braces on my baby teeth, which I now think were a waste of money for obvious reasons. My teeth really aren't that bad but I think they can be better. I'm getting Invisalign soon (have my first appointment in January sometime) and then I'll be set. The ortho said I'll have them for one year max. I don't know what the cost is because my parents are paying for it (I'm 19) and I believe our insurance covers part.
  3. I'm sorry to hear about the possible loss of a great car. Look on the bright side, though. You're sister is fine and you could get a new IS350.

    ANYONE

    Local body shop?
  5. Love it. We were all worried about the G6 line in the beginning because of the slow rollout but I think it's safe to say it's going to be a huge hit. If GM can spruce up the interior within the next 2 years people will be crawling all over it even more.

    Cien

It would be an awesome (I'm guessing) GT fighter and the car that would raise Cadillac's profile into the stratosphere.
  7. It looks like Honda understands both of those things. It advertises the Ridgeline as a "1/2 ton," certainly something that's able to run with the other "big trucks." The Ridgeline's also built off of a modified minivan platform so you know it has to be safe. I just hope no one hits any body part on those interior plastics...
  8. NOS, you're fooling me. I could have sworn that was the first and only set of pictures you've posted. I thought someone else posted pictures of themselves humping a car. I guess I'm a little bit slow. By the way, is that Lindsay Lohan in your sig? I never noticed it was her. I loved her in "Mean Girls" but then she went through that weight loss phase and it didn't look so pretty. BV, I mean the hair on your head, lol.
  9. I never noticed those hood slits. It definately looks better in a color that shows off the chrome detailing. I love it!
  10. If the Ridgeline meets the needs of a significant majority of truck buyers in the real world then why isn't it selling more?
  11. Thanks for getting your point across, Mike. LOL.
  12. I have no clue. I'm not an iPod fan and have never used iTunes. I have an iRiver MP3 and don't use it much, especially after I got Sirius. I'm much more of a CD person, just like I'd rather have real professionally printed pictures instead of having a digital camera to print crappy photos off of the printer in your family room.
  13. I always wondered about the cost of living out there, too, because of the pollution. Thanks for letting me know. Sydney = amazing. It's the most beautiful city in the world, hands down. So clean and fresh. I remember walking out of the airport and being surprised at how crisp the air was. Of course, it is on a harbor and just a few miles from the ocean. I travelled from Sydney - Cairns (up the east coast) for about three weeks and would love to do it again. Living there for a period of time would be awesome, too. Add in NZ and you'd have the trip of a lifetime, definately worth every penny.
  14. I don't know. They seem kind of overrated to me, like BMW's and Benz's. I'd much rather have a Corvette.
  15. Seriously now, the Tahoe is the best of the GMT900's. The best styling, best interior for the buck. Yet, you can go even further and say it's the best large SUV out there because it truely is, 4-speed auto and 12MPG or not. You can expect advertising from GM like that, balthazar, when the hybrid GMT900s come. Edit: spelling.

    Supra

First, it's "Toyota's are so boring." Then, it's "Toyota is trying too hard to be different."
  17. How did you get a hotel room (if you did) at such late notice? Usually the whole place is booked solid for New Years.
  18. I found out my first term GPA at Drexel is a 2.0. I ended up getting a D in computer science (made to take it), a C in both business (my major, got screwed by the professor on a major project) and history and a B (of all grades) in honors English. If I get below a 2.0 I'm placed on academic probation. I plan to do a lot better in second term.
  19. I'd like to live in O.C. for one reason: just watch "Laguna Beach" to find out. How is the crime rate out there in L.A.? For some reason, the thought of a high crime rate pops into my head. I've only been at LAX (stop over on a flight to Sydney) so I really don't have a grasp on life there. Walking from the international terminal to the domestic one made me realize how beautiful clean air really is, though, no offense.
  20. I don't have facial hair because I have no clue how to do it...shape it, grow it out, etc. Plus, I think I look like an idiot with it after I don't shave for a few days. I'm white, too. Tan guys look a lot better with facial hair than non-tan dudes. NOS, congrats on posting the pics. About time. I like the one in the stream the best. Popping the collar is alright, too. Some guys can't pull it off and some can and the ones who can't are jealous of the ones who can. LOL. Cray, I know you're a new member (by number of posts, I mean) but you might find out rather quickly (if you haven't already) who has a thing for guys. A dog, hot truck and rough image...I'm set. No offense, man. It's a shame the few female members we have at C&G have failed to posts their pics. Then again (I just thought about it), maybe it isn't.
  21. Can't believe I missed this... You clean up well, like others have said, but I think I like the shaggy hair on you better, BV. The pose is a little sexual/sensual, with the positioning of the pants/shirt.
  22. How old of a Lumina? The most recent one had a great crash test rating.
  23. Good review. I like an offbeat (IMO) one every now and then. There's one word when I think of when I see a Panther car: floater.
  24. OMG! 12MPG? GM lied about the fuel economy of these trucks! I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  25. Toyota said in the beginning Scion vehicles will be remodeled/replaced faster than the industry norm. I would hope Toyota wouldn't replace the xB with a second-gen because Nissan has its Cube coming over in a couple of years. The box thing will get old quick with two manufacturers selling them. It's best to drop the xB and replace it with another quirky (but not boxy) vehicle.
