Spy Shots: Is this the next Opel Astra?
That looks like Subaru WRX and Nissan Versa dropped sperms in Matrix's (Vibe's) ovary.

Motor Trend Muscle Car Shootout
The car is known to have drive train as the CTS-V, seen doing rounds at the 'Ring and it is one of the worst kept GM secret. What GM does not know is when to pull the trigger.

Computer Upgrade Time
Naah that is too much workload the 1792 MB can handle. Wow that is almost the 1.5 GB RAM I had when I bought my desktop 6 years ago.
- Hurry!

Spy Shots: Cadillac CTS Coupe spotted undisguised
You would not have a ding in the rear bumper or have to put a sticker saying "My other car is a f$cking American, bitch."

What was the before versus after ratio, and the after size?

Volvomino
It does look good. But if it is based on S-60 platform, it will be a FWD or FWD based AWD, and it will be smaller.

REPORT: Union chief says plans to build Chevrolet Orlando in U.S. on hold
I agree that a better HHR and Equinox will more than take place of Orlando. If the new HHR gets a green light it should not be retroed as the current one is. I agree with "shesellschevys" girls are not happy looking at the HHR, but they would not mind being caught in the X-B(ox). But two things will spring in Orlando's favor: It is 7 seater compared to the other two. GM's "desire" for "Global" products. It would make a better business case if the entire global production of Orlando took place in USA.

Wait... what?
It was unveiled at Paris 2008 and was part of Toyota's display at Detroit. It is hideous in person.

IL Track Tested: 2010 Camaro V6 vs. 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8
In performance numbers Camaro has Genesis beaten or stays pretty close with the Korean. Price and fuel economy give an advantage to the Camaro. Now about the "feel" factors (FF) only a comparo from the auto magazines, websites can tell. The FF may tilt the favor either way.

REPORT: Chrysler 200C heading for production
Daimler made quick money. They used the W210 platform of the then old E Class which was one of the best platforms and modified it for the Chrysler. Long term they saved a bunch of money while gave Chrysler something to rejuvenate its product lineup with.

2010 Model Year Cadillac Changes and New Features
True, GM will milk the last standing W body without any investment. GM should put the SIDI 3.0 in the Malibu and then put the SIDI 3.6 at 280+ hp and call it Malibu Sport.
-
REPORT: Chrysler 200C heading for production
If Chrysler wants to be looking for credibility it would put a nice manual tranny to fan the media. But you are right, there should be a distinct difference between the 200s and 300s otherwise it will be Buick fiasco 2.0.
-
REPORT: Chrysler 200C heading for production
Great move. It will be a Cat in the boring midsized pigeons and will possibly even gun for entry level luxury RWD if Chry options the vehicle correctly. Is new LY going to be flexible enough to have two different wheelbases and widths for vehicles? Will it have a manual transmission?

FIAT Claims to Assume NONE of Chrysler's Debt
Call it CAB or call it decision making honchos heading Chrysler the effect is the same. Just because you name a committee which works with the decision of future of the company and has a fascinating name does not take away the strategic decisions it makes and justifications it provides about those decisions. CAB might not have existed then, but someone did make the decision of merging with Diamler and justifications were given then to as to why the merger was the only river to set sail on. Ten years later results were more than appalling.

FIAT Claims to Assume NONE of Chrysler's Debt
They said the same thing regarding the D&C alliance/merger. Except this time around C is broke and it is not a complete acquisition.
