  1. they need to think survival long term, and not balls to the wall. Nissan is a much larger company and can afford mistakes and products that Mazda can't. Mazda could have never pulled off the leaf or the GTR for example, and they don't have a larger sedan as good as the Maxima, and they don't have a more conventional sports car like the 370Z...RX-8 was quirky and powered by a rotary and sold in tiny numbers at the end... And the three looks goofy and isn't as fresh as the Ultima.
  2. An idea that is both good and bad...they would have competing corporate cultures, and they would have shared weaknesses and perhaps still not enough shared strength to survive.
  3. I know that I am going to be in the minority here, but I am going to say Corvair.
  4. Cell Phones are usefull...
  5. Interesting story, Cort...I think with some editing it could be even better. I think it needs a little more conflict and drama, and I think as a writer you need to work on dialouge and making it a more natural part of the story. That being said, I think its a good start...I'm into anything automotive related.
  6. One for Cort... One for Olds...
  7. As a lover of vintage BMW as well as a GM lover...I liked this... Back to some GM content...
  8. Toyota vs. bike...which came out worse...? Not really a serious wreck, but funny as all get out...
  9. A couple for cubitar, as he shares my love of racing and Porsche... Since I have a serious old truck fetish as well... You guys knew you wouldn't get through one of my car pic posts without more vintage Mustang fastback content...right?
  10. Italian re bdied Mustang first gen fastback that later came up missing...45 years later, it still has never been found...
  11. And today's content...Chryco concept cars that were wicked cool...
  12. http://www.kare11.com/news/article/982267/396/State-Trooper-pulls-over-driver-of-unsafe-Ford-Pinto Seems as though he had a lawnmower style gas can on the passenger seat, with a rubber fuel line feeding into the motor via the outside of the car... Pretty much looks a lot like what rolls around on Ohio highways, actually... ...although it's usually the Import guys going for the moar lower look...and its probably safer this way than when it came from Ford. ...and notice the lack of a floor board below the passenger seat where the gas can sits...
  13. Here in Ohio, pretty stupid actually. My wife works for a local College, and a girl and her mother were recently complaining bitterly about the girls financial aid. Seems that they were very upset about being charged the CHEAPER in state tuition rate... My wife pointed out that they were from Cleveland...and they wanted to argue that wasn't really part of Ohio. Same girl had flunked bio Chemistry 4 times, and they girl and her mom were indignant that the girls chances of getting into med school were going down the drain. They demanded a chance to take the class again at no charge...and wanted to know why the teachers at the College couldn't teach. Wife pointed out that the rest of the class had passed and that the girl had a 23% in the class...and suggested something other than med school. Mom and girl were even more upset... So...the question is...how stupid are people where you live.

  15. True, some times the most simple thing can be the most beautiful. Well said, sir...
  16. It would be wicked cool to have a no speed limit road.... But it would cut back into Ohio's revenue....Ohio gives about eleventy billion tickets///
  17. Keep it coming, I love split windows as well...
  18. Although it is wildly better than the Grand Am ever thought of being...
