  1. Great news. Glad to see GM get in position to regain its focus. Chris
  2. Should be lots of good sheet metal with all of the CFC trucks in yards. If you can't find something let me know, local Pick N pull looks like a GM plant Storage yard from 1993 with all the CFC stuff. Chris
  3. I saw a really really nice Bazer like yours done in a metallic blue with a lot O aftermarket chrome. Great looking vehicle. Chris
  4. I am a car slut also... Although I am unsure of what comes next. Chris
  5. Usually I am pretty much a prick towards bikers like that. Chris
  6. Would work better if it wasn't red. But I like it. I've thought Hard about a 46 to 54 Chevy of some sort. Love the 48-55 Chevy trucks...everything from this era just seems to "work" for me. Chris
  7. Actually I've worked repairing refrigeration and electrical stuff in fast food kitchens. Most of that stuff is not real clean....ugh.... I'm kind of picky about what I eat and where I eat. Chris
  8. ...and Z...if I'm ever out east with my bike...love to ride with you. Provided you don't mind riding with an old man. Chris
  9. My son's boy scout troup does a lot of cycling, and they are always very respectful. I try to ride very respectfully and ahve had VERY few problems with motorists over the years. But to me, a bike is more dangerous than a motorcycle in a way, because you don't have the power to get out of someones way and people REALLY don't see you when your on two wheels. Chris
  10. Cameron Mitchell owns the Columbus Fish Market, the place I was thinking of if you ever were in Columbus. There is also Mitchells Steak House. Previous company did electrical work for Mitchells, I've seen how nice and spotless their kitchens are. Mitchells Steak House is fabulous also. There is also a more affordable place they own that has a great Meatloaf called the Capital City Dinner. Never did take Oldsmoboi to Thurman's either...Took him to Jason's Deli instead, which is also pretty good. But Katzingers Deli in German Villiage is WONDERFUL also. When Clinton was president and in town he made it a point to eat at Katzingers. Right now I'm craving Thai, and there is a great hole in the wall Thai place my son and I love to go to. Chris
  11. It would have a long way to go to equal all of the rusting crapboxes of the 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, and now 2010's. Maybe a new Toyota Slogan is in order-Toyota "Best Ever Collection of Used Iron Oxide by the Roadside" Chris
  12. Balthazar, you know my passion for the 60's Firebirds. They are quite different from the Camaro, actually. Were I buying one new in 67 it would be nice to have the 'bird just to have the nicer (non monoleaf) rear springs. Still want to own a 67-68 Firebird ragtop someday. Chris
  13. Around here I see very few on dealer lots. In Chillicothe it has been awhile since I have seen one on the dealer lot. Chris
  14. Well, Camino...next time I'm in Philly...if we don't eat at the hot spot....I know where we are going. And if you ever are in Columbus Ohio I have a goooood seafood place for you to try. The cullinary equal of a Ram Air GTO! Chris
  15. Actually here in Ohio most cyclists are very responsible. Almost ran into a biker (cyclist) that cut me off in the dark and then yelled at me about where I was going. About came out of the car to beat his ass, but he rode off... Next time maybe. But I enjoy both two wheel and four wheel stuff myself. Chris
  16. Interesting, Croc. For some reason I had you pegged for a fast food kind of guy. Chris
  17. The last day of production T/A and the 69 T/A would be a huge draw for me. But pencil me in, it is three months away...but yes, I am planning on coming. THANK you for putting this together. Chris
  18. Thankfully here in Ohio the Titan and Tundra have been something of a rolling joke. I've seen like one Titan on the road in the last three months, and I would bet Domestics outnumber Tundras at least 10-1 or 15-1 around here. Thankfully, CFC took quite a few Tacomas and Tundras off of the road around here. One local Saturn dealer hasn't had all of their CFC cars hauled off yet and I'll bet there were a dozen Toyotas back there, easy, along with a Land Rover, quite a few Rodeos, Passports, and Quest minivans. Maybe we'll get lucky and the DOT will require Toyota to buy back every last truck they've sold in the US and crush it? Chris
  19. How the heck could you not fit the criteria? Anyways, just wanted to show some of the profoundly stupid stuff that seems to happen on other boards. Chris
  20. I do think Ford an GM will capitalize on this, as you said. Too bad Chryco is a few years away from being in really buff shape. A three pronged threat to Toyota would be nice. Chris
  21. I see good things ahead for GM. Took my 8 year old to girl scouts the other day, one of the girl scout families had just bought a new Traverse. Got a good look at it and I was very, very impressed. The GM we love is on the way back, boys...and not even a post from smk can kill my joy right now.... Chris
  22. I'll probably bring my 16 year old son or my 13 year old daughter. Chris
  23. http://www.craigslist.org/about/best/sfo/1288922120.html Check it out, and sorry if this has been posted here earlier. Chris
  24. Good...nothing like a good American cheeseburger. Chris
  25. I love fresh fish, actually. Could live on the beach in Florida and eat seafood every day every meal for the rest of my life, actually. Though 'blu, perhaps you enjoy beef and steak also? Chris
