  1. It's on blocks...so it fits the Ken-Tuckyeee version of super awesome. Room for 4 coon dawgs to sleep underneath...barely hidden by the grass...more duct tape than the Home Depot...instead of Sally Fields hanging out of it grandma is doing it toothless and naked...battery has been borryied out of it for the bass boat to go fiyushin....hell yes its suuuper dee duuper awesomeee. Chris
  2. Probably a good thing....positive only is a nice rational means of self moderation. Chris
  3. Here is my advice, for what it's worth. Buy the blue car, fixit up over time, leave it blue and keep the 301. It's unique...a black 2nd gen T/A isn't all that unique. Then save your money and buy either an LS-1 4th gen or a new Camaro with a V6 and an autotrajic and call it quits. Chris Buy the blue car...that one is tempting even me... But keep it Nocturne blue, etc. Chris
  4. I would comment on his noun, but oldsmoboi our moderator would frown, and I don't want to get shouted down. But the man in the shower would certainly look like a clown... Chris
  5. The rains in Plains, fall mainly on the trains...unless its in Plains Georgia...which has no large planes, as it has no large airport. You would need to go to Atlanta, which has a large Airport, to have the proper retort. So to land a Plane in Planes, you would need to land it on the planes, of plains, Georgia. But then you would get red clay on the wheels. Which would be silly. So just land the damned plane in Atlanta..already...dammit....because if you can fly that damned thing in the dark at 600 miles an hour and Find Atlanta...you can damned sure find my luggage! Chris
  6. I like it also. Basic...what you need right now. Should free up other funds to help you make the life changes you want to make. ...and it's not like you don't know how to fix a GM truck... Chris
  7. I got the "Mazda doesn't make a Miata" from my insurance, even through they've been making them for 20 years.... That after the car was already insured by them... Chris
  8. Still like the blue car better. Chris
  9. Sounds like maybe your dad needs to STFU, no offense please. I let my wife drive what she wants...and I don't complain about it. Unless I'm posting on C and G! Chris
  10. >>>>Enter Sarcasm mode... Put a Plow on the JAG! <<<<<<<Exit sarcasm mode...
  11. So long as you don't hate those of us that do enjoy a few of the Asian cars, we are cool. I don't think anyone expects you to ever have a Hyundai Genesis in your garage...unless you meet a MILF who happens to own one already and decide to shack up. Chris
  12. I've always wanted an Alfa GTV...a car that rusts just like everything else from the Era. We have an Italian only car show here in Columbus every year...neat stuff...but high maintenance. Like a Lotus Elan or a vintage Benz, probably a good car for a 5th car if you have 4 other reliable cars you can enjoy. Chris
  13. When gas hits $6 a gallon it will sell like hotcakes. Esp. with the devaluation of the $...imports will become more expensive on a relative basis... Chris
  14. Thinking something like that might be what I end up doing...thanks for the Idea, Oldsmoboi! Chris
  15. Seems like a decent truck! Chris
  16. Jeep...think Jeep...Wrangler....you are going into a deep sleep...you will buy a Wrangler...your eyelids are getting heavy...say it after me...Wrangler...Wrangler...Wrangler... Chris
  17. looking at the pic again...that car is just beautiful! Tell her congrats...give her a big kiss and tell her it's from me! Chris
  18. How Ironic is it that after all of us red blooded males lusted after this thing for years...your mother is the first one to put one in the C and G fleet? Congrats...awesome car! Chris
  19. Agree with oldsmoboi...fantastic car! Keep us posted! Chris
  20. Let us know how you like the Mobil 1 in the Cadillac. Chris
  21. If you need to have me go take a look see at one of the Ohio trucks, let me know! Chris
  22. Why is the LeSabre less solid slightly?
  23. Probably good advice, Bond, esp. in Ohio. She has zero $, which is the thrust of my original post. My wife and I may have to throw some cash towards some decent tires, but not sure how her parents would take us putting tires on their daughters car. They are friends of ours, and like I said they used to be doing very well financially. Not sure how not to make that "salt in the wound" of their current financial situation. I'll think of something. Cubical, thanks for the response! Chris
  24. I like the blue car you just posted better than most of the stuff you posted so far. Sweet! Chris
