  1. What kind of stain?
  2. Happy Motoring in the G6, mr. mattson.
  3. 1957 Dodge
  4. Compare the current Grand Prix to the new Commodore. Yes, the GP is not perfect, package-wise... but it looks like a Pontiac. The Commodore does not. Look at the G6 coupe. Look at the Solstice. Those are Pontiacs. I feel like Captain Obvious here.
  5. Fall is nice. So's winter. But then spring has a lot of good points. And who could forget summer?
  6. Dude is still whacked out after all these years. Love it!

    A Good Idea. . .?

"Cooooorry... this is the little dumbass sitting on your left shoulder, whispering in your ear... buyyyy thissss Daaaatsun... it won't cost a penny to maintain.... go ahead, buyyyy iiiiiit...." :AH-HA_wink:
  8. The current STS is too technical, "Lego", if you will, in design feel, imo. The new, upcoming CTS adds some romantic detailing to the A&S theme. I'm hoping the STS receives a similar upgrade soon.

  11. I don't care if it's made in Australia. It needs to look like a Pontiac.

  16. Yeah, I suppose I knew better than to suggest you get rid of your silver teal honey. The new DTS is a temptress, though.

  18. The DTS is a sweet car. "Caddy... rhymes with Daddy..." The new ones are sharpened up just right. Although, I prefer the Sport package, and I wish it had the 3 spoke steering wheel. Superfly, fix your Aurora, then sell it and buy one of these. (Is that a sacreligious suggestion?)
  19. Aww, I'm sorry, Camino. I was looking for you today, and your cars. It sprinkled a bit here close to home, then on the way it became mostly cloudy with peeks of sun. I carried my umbrella, and I ended up needing it, it set in sprinkling pretty heavy, just enough to require the bumbershoot. I walked around for 3 hours, saw some brave souls and a lot of nice old cars, then I decided it was going to continue raining, so I left the fairgrounds. Of course, as soon as I did, the sun came out. The GM Restoration Parts tent had one of those Dynacorn '69 Camaro convertible bodies on display... I didn't know GM gave such a blessing to this project. I also went into a different tent (different company) with a new, complete '57 Chevy convertible body on a rolling chassis, available for sale. I overheard the salesdude tell another patron their company is going to make many more copies of bodies for sale in the future. I am going to try to make it up to Hershey next weekend, if the weather holds.
  20. The VE interior is beautiful, I wouldn't change it for US consumption (and an interior design isn't as nationally-identified as an exterior)... it's the exterior that is just wrong for our US brands to simply rebadge. I want my GM car to look American, not generic European. The only things that excite me about the exterior of these cars are the stance, the proportions, the lower front fascia, and the wheels, other than that... blahhh...
  21. Drew has the link at the top of the thread.
  22. I'll prolly leave here about 9:30, 10 o'clock. I have to walk yet, shower and warsh the truck before I head out.

Yeah, I was at the Haircuttery last night. I actually took some pictures of my truck for Member's rides, but uploadit.org says they're too big and I'm too dumb to make them work.
  24. Speak Engrish prease. You're not making sense.
  25. I was going to say "2004 Chevrolet Colorado", but I get better mileage than that.
