    I GOT NEWS

I AM DUCKIN' FRUNK! COMPANY XMAS PARTY!!!! THOSE DAMN FREE SCREWDRIVERS!!!!!! AM I SPELLING RIGHT? YOU KNOW I WILL CHECK damn caps, sorry boys and girls------------------ bed now sleepy shut up!
  2. Ok yeah it was Christmas Party night. Work party... blahhhhh I used my '98 S-10 ZR2 to get a tan once. I drove to the back of the farm, near the stream, stripped, and put my blanket in the bed. A butterfly landed on my pecker and stayed for like 2 minutes. It felt funny. That's what I used my truck for once. Is that wrong?
  3. This sounds like sodomy gone horribly wrong. :o
  4. Of course we'll have to wait until we see it sans camo, but so far, I don't like the high beltline on this car. I mean, I love the LXs to death, they look great, this, though... ehhh. It looks high and narrow, like the Caliber. I really hope Chrysler can keep the momentum going, we'll see.
  5. That depends, what do you plan to do with it?
  6. Each year on the farm, we'd go out and get our real tree cut and bring it home, and we were always amazed at how much it grew, after it was cut, once we threaded it through the house into the living room. The farmhouse has 11 foot ceilings, so it can handle a big one. This will be my third Christmas in my own home as opposed to renting, and I've been considering one of those really nice "Just Cut" artificial, pre-lit trees. They're the best looking fake ones I've seen, but they sell out before I can make a decision to spend $130. So, it looks like my little teenie 2 foot artificial tree will go up again.
  7. Yeah, I actually "built and priced" a Versa 1.8S hatch a while back. It reminds me of a Renault, for some odd reason. :)
  8. If there's a Montego in the ladies' room, there'll be a line, guaranteed. :AH-HA_wink:
  9. I'd be happy with the cheapest V8 model, but it's gotta have nice rims.
  10. I'd like to see the Solstice evolve with a full hardtop, fastback like the concept, and the supercharger will be awesome... but a power top in a car that's supposed to be simple and fun? Nah... plus, the power mechanism adds weight. Part of the charm of these cars is their simplicity. I can raise and lower the top myself just fine.
  11. The Versa is a very awkward looking four door hatchback economy car to slot below the Sentra. The interior isn't bad, though, for the class.
  12. The Sixteen may be too proud, confident and sexy for some people. It may have too much presence. It may be too bold, too elegant, too American. Let those people drive a Milan.
  13. We've had a thread for "favorite Impala", but I'll go ahead and say it here, the '69 is not a fave of mine... I prefer the '61-'62, '65-'66, and '71-'72, and of course the '94-'96 SS.
  14. NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Viper, take off that dress!!!!

Isn't the little black car with the motorcycle inside a Peugeot?
  16. Hey, congratulations, Control Specimen! :)

    Trucks

Night before last, a guy and his wife came in to drop off his truck for collision repair, a maroon K2500HD. On his way home from successfully deer hunting upstate, he hit... a deer. He actually had tears in his eyes when he came to the counter. He went back outside to get some things out of the truck, and his wife leaned in to our receptionist and said "Do you have some kleenexes for him? I swear, men and their trucks!" It couldn't have been more perfect if Chevrolet had cameras in our office, filming the whole episode. Note to GM: men (and women) could have the same bond to your cars if they weren't so timid... if they weren't wrong wheel drive... if they had presence, if they had availability of modern V8 power... (not every car you build, of course, but at least some of them.)
  18. Not a fair comparison, imo, between wages that were too high for years and the necessity for legal teams to iron it all out. What lawyer works for cheap?
  19. What happened to Jeep Patriot? Was it shown alongside the Compass so the crowd could pick one over the other for production? Because I didn't get to vote... <_<
  20. Thanks for posting, Harley. Were we naive or smart in 1969? I vote "smart".
  21. Although they always had some Oldsmobile elements, I thought the one unique Saturn styling feature, the side swoosh, was worth keeping. Guess not. The Sky is better looking overall, of course.
  22. I'd love to sneak into a Lexus dealership overnight and hang that Cadillac tank poster in a prominent place. Imagine all the little weenie Lexus salesguys all atwitter... EAT IT, PUNKS! :AH-HA_wink:
  23. Welcome aboard, Kenneth Lichtig. Could you just go ahead and step into my office for a sec? That'd be great.
  24. :P :AH-HA_wink:
  25. At this point, I don't care what they call it. Just bring it!
