  1. Thanks Drewbert. What's a Telsa?
  2. Hey thanks everybody. I do appreciate it.
  3. OK yeah, stop tickling me, it's true, 'twas an April Fool's joke.
  4. HOW CAN YOU BE SURE THO, HOMES?
  5. balthy there's a new thread
  6. *bites nails* I left work early today, because I had a dentist's appointment for a checkup and cleaning. On the way home, I pass by a Chevy dealer, and they had a blue '15 2500 HD out front, a regular cab LT with Duramax and the 18" rims. I pulled in to look at it, since I had time. About an hour and twenty minutes later... I walked out with a new truck. They said with my good credit score, I would be a fool not to. Pics when I can!
  7. Here's hoping the Polar Vortex becomes a distant memory. Spots should be springing up everywhere this month. Post yours here, if you please.
  8. I am guessing that is our version. Front end resembles the Tru140 concept, rear half is mini Impala.

  10. Cremazie, how you been, man. Please post a photo of your diesels.
  11. The Cruze is subject to a stop-sale for the 1.4t model, from what I read. I forget why. Nothing to do with the ignition switch. And the new fullsize trucks and SUVs are being called in for a loose trans cooler line, I believe.
  12. Does your local dealer have one yet?
  13. Well I hope Spring has you in its grips up there where you are. Get those mowers ready! Have a good one sir.
  14. What a ridiculous statement to say that the diesel engine sound at idle is not awesome. I love the sound of my VW diesel, standing outside of it, listening to it clatter away, be it winter, spring, summer or fall. A little bit of warm weather and my mileage is shooting up significantly. Very nice.
  15. I think this spring and summer my fuel mileage is going nowhere but up. Yours should do the same.
  16. I think that's a V-series.

    RIDDLE!

That would make for one wild ride. Awesome.
  18. I click the search button on the Ram site and find pages and pages of regular cab 4X4 Express trucks that are relatively affordable and full of kit compared to a pathetic number of bare bones Silverado and Sierra half tons in regular cab shortbed 4X4. The GM trucks I am finding are all "old man" trucks, with no flair or sportiness whatsoever. In comparison to the Ram Express, the GM trucks are overpriced, underequipped and short on style. GM needs a low priced sport package to match the Express and STX immediately. And they need to drop their outrageous prices. I found a '14 Express in Blue Streak at a local dealer today with the key in the driver's door lock, so I jumped in it to try it out. It is a very nice package, with just the right amount of style and features... 5.7L Hemi with 8 speed dial shifter, polished exhaust tips through cut-outs in the bumper, a track-loc rear end, just a knockout, sporty looking rig. Compared to GM's sporty 4X4 regular cab, you have to go with the Z71... and they have an MSRP of $36k with the V6, up to over $40k with the 5.3 and convenience packages. The Ram is at $34k and has everything a man could want.

    RIDDLE!

I have some speed stats for you. This vehicle runs 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. The quarter mile is eaten up in 14.1 seconds at a terminal speed of 99 mph. Am I talking about some 2-seater sports car? NOOOOOO... these are actual instrumented figures for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crewcab 4X4 High Country, with the blazing new 6.2L V8 engine. That is the definition of BAD.ASS.
  20. I am liking the updated LaCrosse.
