2. Yup, that's the Spring Appearance Package, consisting of the 18" chrome wheels off the Hummer H3 (which I find to be not attractive on the pickup, and the blank center cap seems cheesy), and a soft tonneau cover from GM Accessories. My dealer has a black extended cab with the package. On the Z71, I prefer the 17" chromes to these. They should have used the GM Accessory 18" chrome rims (with a more open spoke design) if they wanted an 18" rim rather than these knockoff H3 units. Just my opinion.
3. Drew, have you met smk yet? I see he's in the Pittsburgh area, as well.
4. Chely Wright... hot or not? <param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385">

F**K.

I'll bet the last time it was inspected for the Commonwealth, the technician didn't even check the thickness of the inside pad. That's a shame. Uneven caliper pressure? Is that anywhere near a normal occurrence?
6. hyper says the rear deck is short, like a CTS coupe's. I am not liking this Gremlin-esque trend in my Cadillacs.
7. Yeah, I want to be able to travel off pavement without worrying, so flares and flood maps it is. Besides the campground in Carbon County, a lot of the roads up in Tioga County around my brother's cabin are gravel, and when I go up to visit them, I want to not worry about my paint job.
8. Went to Subway for lunch today... had their Italian BMT (not particularly low fat), but had it on their tasty new flatbread (I figured it was better for me than a regular sub roll, and it is thick enough to hold everything in). And instead of chips, I got a sac of apples. To drink it was a Diet Coke.
9. Looks like it would sweat off about 40 pounds of FAT a day, wearin' that thing.
10. Hot, humid and stifling. Promise of storms though, to cool things off a tad. I washed the dust and pollen off the truck today (but the automatic wash didn't completely remove that pesky, crappy tire dressing that has spotted up the sides of the truck and the rims, ugh), so it will Shirley rain.
11. Lo and behold... the road back in to the campground is gravel. My tires picked up stones. On the way home, I heard a periodic "TANG" as the stones flew out of the tires and onto my bodywork. I have a horrible (tiny) chip in a rocker panel, and one on the edge of the rear bumper. I simply cannot have my new truck getting chipped up. So I am buying touch-up paint, small grained gray molded OEM flares in a set of 4 as an accessory part number, and the GM Accessory mudguards. I was looking at a couple of Canyons today on the lot, and the splash guards appear easy to install. The flares are just two-sided tape and push pins, no problem. I also got my bugshield and ventshades put on. I've noticed a lot of ppl looking at it... must be the color that makes it stand out, as I've not seen any on the road yet... although I've seen a couple on the lots, both GMC.

Mother May I?

On my way home from daytripping to the campground, I saw two ladies with long gray hair standing on the opposite shoulder of the highway, arms folded. Their tattered yellow '69 Firebird convertible sat motionless... hood up. I just got this weird vibe that they were spinster sisters, recluses, who bought the car new.
18. Yup, I was always polishing my knob in the Cobalt, couldn't stand it when it was less than shiny. Best of luck with it, reg. Keep it in context, and it will serve you well, no doubt. I'm sure the one I just traded will go 150k + miles, if treated properly.
19. lubrication but i've heard stories of ppl needing to chew their arm off the next morning...
20. The first thing my (dad's side of the) family bought in the USA when they got off the boat in Baltimore from Germany in the 1840's, a chair. First kitchen table my dad's parents bought as husband and wife. A snake plant that belonged to my mother's mother's mother. And more.

Decked

Not only gorgeous, but beautiful too. Bravo, balthy and crew.
22. No way it could be a Trabant, then. I am stumped. More clues, please.
23. Good news. I hope the car is dead reliable on top of being nice to drive and be seen in.
24. Well, those poor illegals should have been nurtured and looked upon with the highest respect and dignity. That American had no right to turn those good, productive folks in to law enforcement, they were just trying to make a living and introduce us to their way of life. What is one American life (he must be the only American ever murdered by illegals, as they are good people) and one American dog, when there are illegals in need of respect and dignity? It's all worth it for the cause, right? If more Americans have to die to serve the cause, so be it. Open our borders so we can give illegals a better life! We have no right to expect them to go through a process to be here, make money any way they can and send it home, and if they can't find work, we should give them money until they can find a job. No wait, we should give them money ON TOP of their illegal wages, because they deserve much more than natural born citizens, or legal immigrants, each of which have had it way too easy. Legal immigrants are stupid... wasting their time getting legal status. What's the point? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING PAPERS!
25. I asked your mother, she said you may post all your kick-ass car spots right here. Those were her exact words, so post away!
