  1. Yikes, stay dry, mustang.
  2. I hope you're having a good B-day.
  3. Well, no Triple Crown again this year. Did anyone win big, or lose their butts? (actually I just wanted to post that title in the worst way.) :AH-HA_wink:
  4. Stop that, booyah, you'll go blind! :AH-HA_wink:

    Spotted!

I like the '64-'65 Chevelle (especially the '65) because it reminds me of the second coming of the '55 Chevy. I understand they were dimensionally similar. I wouldn't mind having one myself, even if it were a 283/PG car.
  6. I'm still looking for a reason, some ray of sunshine. I am driving a banged-up truck, it's embarrassing. Maybe after this coming week, it will be fixed, and I'll have my reason. Who knows. I'm glad your cars are running well, though. You have a nice fleet there, sir.

    HEAT!

My neighbors had a pool party yesterday. It started at 3:30 am and wasn't over until about 9:30 last night. I wonder if Target has any Sponge Bob wading pools left...
  9. You know how when something you see or read triggers a memory? Reading this this morning made me realize I had a dream last night I was driving the shattered-glass prototype pictured in this thread. I remember locking eyes with all these good looking guys as they drove past and stared intently, trying to see who was driving the cool ass Camaro. All in slow motion.
  10. Some shops bend the underhood lamp housing so the light doesn't stay on while the hood is open. Is it turned the right way?

    HEAT!

This would have been an ideal weekend to go camping, sigh.
  12. Well, maybe these obscene fuel prices will encourage more local manufacturing.

    HEAT!

I've been somewhat the hermit today. This morning I went down to mom's to help her put her two window a/c in, then I went to Lowe's to pick up some filters for my Shop-Vac... then I came home with the intention of mowing my lawn, but it was like 11:30 by the time I got back, too hot to mow, imo, so I've been laying around the house all day. No a/c (still in the closet, I haven't put it in the window), windows closed, blinds are down and ceiling fan on overhead, on full blast. Not as bad as it sounds. I like summer, I just wish something would happen. Something good.
  15. Well, the pillars make me think it's a 4 door. As in sedan, not coupe. I really hope this is not one of those "4-door coupes". There needs to be a proper, 2-door coupe available. Heck, I wouldn't mind a range of bodystyles for this new Datsun. I'm just glad SOMEBODY is listening.
  16. Yes, cars of this ilk usually don't get willy nilly updates, as they are supposed to project timeless elegance. The updates are an improvement, imo. Next up, an interior shot, please.
  17. It's alright, crash.
  18. Dodgefan: OHHHHH REEEEEEEALLLLLLLLLYYYYYY??? :AH-HA_wink:
  19. Of course its pre-production, it is missing some final trim pieces. It will brighten up considerably for public consumption, I am sure.
  20. That 1 diesel is quite the cheeky little monkey.
  21. I want to let you guys in on a little secret. I've come up with a plan (it's brilliant, if I do say so myself), to save a bunch of money on gasoline with my Sierra. I told you guys before, my neighbors have a Yaris. OK, the plan is this: tonight, under cover of darkness (and I'm going to dress in a black leotard and paint my face black to ensure I go undetected), I am going to SWITCH GAS TANKS between my truck and the tiny Yaris. What do you guys think? Huh? It's quite the brainstorm, eh? Instead of $90+ to fill my tank, it might take about, ohhh... $35. KaCHING! Instant savings at the pump! I just wonder how long it will take my neighbor to notice how much more gas her car uses all of a sudden.
  22. Best thing to do is call a realtor if you're hunting a house.
  23. The A/S5 is one of the sexiest cars on the road today.
  24. I hope he finds everything in good order.
  25. So does that mean you don't like the new Impreza, Sixty8? :AH-HA_wink: This thing is sounding very interesting. It's just what I've been hoping for, a small, RWD 4 seater coupe that is affordable.
