Whoa, I just realized, on that pukey green-yellow, jacked-up 4X4 sedan concept... it looks like an embryonic G6! And it is something similar to what Dodge did with their Avenger sedan concept, but I think the Pontiac was first, AFAIK. I am loving this thread of Pontiacs of the past, but I am ever-hopeful for Pontiac's future.

See now, of that final Bonneville (so far), I like the clean, base SE model and the clean, aggressive GXP. Clean Pontiacs are my favorites.

Wicked white Rabbit 3-door 5 speed, on the dealer lot, optioned up to $19,910, with ground effects, 17" rims, floor mat package and cold weather package. Wow, me want. '09 Eclipse GT, on the lot. Ehh. Too fat for an Eclipse. Red V6 G8, on the road. The paint on these cars is sooo smooth, almost devoid of the usual factory orange peel.

Honda is still known for road noise in the Civic, according to the Edmunds owner reviews, something that should have been vanquished by the early 90's, even for the compact class. Focus has a rep as a very quiet car for the class. I am not sure how you define "better".
