Even without sound, that's just awesome! Chrysler may be foreign-owned - but they act like an American company. Love the attitude. Ford and GM need to take a lesson. I reject with extreme prejudice the "suck,suck,sucky" future Balthy brought-up. Screw those think-tank hacks - I will buy and drive what I like, and nothing else.

The heated seat thing is a bit of an odd dealbreaker - and it seems to launch you into a higher price range altogether. Can't stand them, myself.

For the most part, nothing new under 30k is worth owning these days. Is $28,400 too much?

Yes, indeed. There is a high-end nursery concern that offers plants they describe as "rare and choice". I think that description fits this car nicely.

Never did understand how people are uncomfortable with driving a big car - every one I've ever driven was an easy, relaxed drive.

I love my wagon because it doesn't feel big even though it is. For a car of its size, it is extremely nimble. That bodes well for the Camino which will be getting some suspension upgrades that the wagon didn't. I think Balthy has hit upon the source of comfort in a car: width. A narrow car is much more likley to feel cramped, no matter how large it may be in other dimensions. My mother's Jeep GC feels very cramped to me, and the fact that it is narrow seems to be the main cause.

Looks pretty good for a big old whale. Love the color. Wheels suck. Where did the $3K number come from? Ad says $5K or best.
