  1. Totally tubular!
  2. China is getting a nice MCE for the LaCrosse that we won't see...
  3. The Pontiac was in Sweden. Harald Fors & Co AB was in Stockholm looks like.
  4. Maybe they figured out how to route the driveshaft around the storage tubs..or buckets in rows 2 & 3 with a tunnel between the tubs.
  5. Interesting...the Chrysler minivans used to have to an AWD option, but they dropped it 15 years ago when they added sto-n-go..
  6. Around here in the Cleveland burbs, Amazon Prime and Fed Ex use Ford Transits (and there are plenty of Amazon sub contractors in all sorts of vehicles). UPS still has the big brown unbranded trucks. USPS still has the ancient Grumman trucks.
  7. Isn't UPS buying a bunch of electric vans? I would think UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon etc would be looking closely at electric vans, along w/ the USPS to replace the old Grumman boxes.
  8. Nothing different than GM's tactics with Chevy and Cadillac pricing....i.e. Blazer and XT4/5, Tahoe/Suburban and Escalade..
  9. Or something out of left field like CX-3 2/3rds.
  10. Arteon is a bit smaller than the US Passat but a bit larger than the Euro Passat.
  11. Yeah, CX-4 would have made sense for the US....but they already have a different CX-4 in other markets, so they probably didn't want to use it here. But having 3,30,5, and 9 makes no sense...
  12. Interesting, looks like they are going w/ the non-conforming nomenclature for the US market..it's already up on the US Mazda website.
  13. Interesting...didn't realize PSA had the DS brand in Japan...surprised they chose Peugeot for the US instead of DS.
  14. Two new midsize sedans in a shrinking market, nice to see. I wonder when the next gen Mondeo will be seen...
  15. Red is better than silver, white, or black though....silver, white and black are way overused in the auto industry and soooo dulll....
  16. Noice...greenhouse reminds me of the LaCrosse. Interesting lighting details front and rear. Nice interior.
  17. That red seems to be the only color they use for car shows and press photos, though.
  18. I warned her against it...but she has a thing for older Cadillacs as a commuter car. Her '15 Trax only has 15k miles, not driving it much.
  19. Yeah, with the land border between N. Ireland and Ireland there is speculation now the relatively open border would have to have customs check points.
  20. I could see this being used for airport shuttles...the 'minibus' passenger version of the Sprinter is used for that in various countries in Europe (ridden in them), those would probably rack up a lot of miles.
  21. The Republic of Ireland is staying in the EU, though...not part of Brexit which is the UK (which includes Northern Ireland).
  22. My sister's '06 STS has about 135k miles. It's back in the shop again w/ more electrical gremlins. The engine has been fine, she's put about 5000 miles on it since getting it last August.
  23. Nah, the '72 Fury. The Kia front kinda reminds me of the Fury bumper shape.
  24. Haven't seen that..the only current Sci Fi series I watch are Star Trek: Discovery, The Orville, and Doctor Who.
  25. It seems the horsepower/top speed/0-60 race keeps getting one-upped with each new hypercar...where is it going...5000hp, 350mph top speed, -1 sec 0-60? Ferrari styling hasn't appealed to me in ages...I still love the looks of 80s super cars...Testarossa, F40, Countach, 959...
