Neat... what is the pale blue car in the background?

I have the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. I like the big screen, relatively light weight, narrow case and long battery life. The front and rear facing cameras work well. 4GLTE coverage w/ Verizon works well w/ it. My sister has the Droid 4 and is happy w/ it. It seems too thick and heavy to me, and I don't need the keyboard (I had a Droid 1 and liked it but rarely ever used the keyboard).

Only an eight-year run for EPII? Seems sudden. But if this is a lightening program, then full speed ahead. The Impala is getting it in 2014 and will probably have a 6-10 year run on it, so I'm sure the platform will go well beyond 2016... maybe EpsyDos for the 'larger' FWD models and EpsyTres will be for the smaller higher volume midsizers (Malibu, Regal, Insignia, etc)...

Got to have the clearance for snow chains, I've read.

Probably needs more sound deadening and a quieter exhaust.

Hmmm...I wonder if those are going to be single round lights...(or maybe stacked like the rectangular units on the current Silvy?). I like the quad round lights on the current Tahoe/Suburban...4 lights always look better than 2 on a large vehicle, IMO.

Those 2dr Blazer/Tahoe/Yukons are sweet...too bad they never did a 454 SS version. I like the full size Broncos of the '90s also, though by the mid '90s they were pretty dated (basically a 1980 Ford F-series that went through a couple mild restyling cycles and interior updates). But back in the day when I had my Bronco II I really wanted a full size Bronco...

How about those too cute, too happy Prius ads they are running on TV these days? Not Prius related, but I love the new Subaru wagon ad w/ the guy and his dog through the years...

If I were doing the TLAs from the start, the first letter would have been the segment-designator.... i.e. ATS would be the A-segment Spark-based model, BTS would be the Sonic-based model, what is the ATS now should be CTS (C-segment), what is CTS now should be DTS since it's the D-segment model, XTS should be ETS... with the 'S' ending for sedan, a 'C' ending for coupe or cabrio, and an 'E' ending for wagon/estate. but they've set a precident w/ what the have now. Though I really would rather have real Cadillac names....Eldorado, Seville, Biarritz (one of my favorites), DeVille, Fleetwood, Brougham, Calais..

Not likely to happen..she has no interest in leaving the 'farm' (150 acres in the woods on a lake in E. Ohio)--been there 44 years, even moved back full time there after wintering in Florida for 15 years. And she likes our brother more than my sister and I... OUCH! To the likes the Sister and brother more than me. That hurts. We'll then stay in touch and enjoy your life. Not much else you can do. When our father was alive, the dynamic was my brother always fought w/ Dad and was Mom's boy... my sister and I got along better w/ Dad than Mom. Plus that fact that our brother has lived in the family guest house rent free for 30 years (after his divorce he moved back in). Maybe I am better off being 1500 miles away, I always feel like a stranger when I visit home...though I still a bunch of stuff there incl. my Mustangs.

Maybe Cadillac CTS means Cadillac Cadillac Touring Sports (sedan, coupe, wagon).

Yeah, the C-pillar/rear quarter touchpoint was subtly different on each of the B-bodies back in the day...

I worry about my Mom in rural Ohio..81, in good health overall, she has my crazy brother living nearby. But sometimes I wish I wasn't 1500 miles away...I get the guilt trip and think I should relo to the Midwest or East Coast to be closer.

Pretty much the same story at WMs in the Southwest, except you would need to add things for people speaking in non-English languages, wearing cowboy boots and hats, etc..

I figure that may have been what it meant when the 1st gen CTS came out, but now a decade later, probably just means 'CTS'...

Definitely an '80-85 Olds 88..you can see the taillight on the rear corner when the guy is trying to push it..

Just seems like throwing money away to spend it on repairing a wrecked fwd appliance....that's what cars like the Neon are--disposable appliances.

LTS? That's the letter combination they trademarked IIRC... LTS = Luxury Transport Sedan?????? Luxury Touring Sedan? Like how DTS was Deville Touring Sedan, STS was Seville Touring Sedan, ATS is A Touring Sedan, CTS is Cadillac Touring Sedan, and XTS is Xtreme Touring Sedan...

I can relate.. One day working in Scottsdale this week, then 4 days in central Louisiana at a client, home for the weekend, then 4 days in So Cal at another client next week.. I'm starting to become a road warrior myself also..such is consulting.

Interesting... had not heard of this car. The red and black reminds me of the Bertone Mantide based off of the current Corvette... it's violently ugly, lots of sharp angles..
