That Volgabimmer is pretty cool...they've done a couple more since then..a Volga on a 6-series convertible and a updated Gaz something, I think..

Yep, we can all get chipped like dogs, and have our own personal GPS.... a company could use it to monitor the location of all resources, and send shocks to resource units that have spent to much time in the bathroom or on a smoke break.. Or the gov't could use it to arrest people that have the right profile for the potential to commit crime...the possibilities are endless!

I'd love to see them do a CTS-vZR1 at some point...

Yes, that's the key difference with this issue..it's not rules imposed by the bars themselves but by the local government, which makes it a sticky situation..

Yes, the 880/Custom 880 was added, probably due to dealer reaction to the hideous downsized '62 Dodges....kind of similar to how the Parissienne came to US Pontiac in '83 after the Bonneville was downsized in '82. Styling wise, the '62 downsized Dodges and Plymouths were pretty ugly, IMHO, but not as awful as the '61s--esp. the '61 Plymouth looked like something out of a Godzilla movie... IMHO, Ford and GM had far nicer styling in the early '60s than Chrysler Co.

True enough...I love the interior and the exterior overall...the only thing I really don't care for is the front fascia and grilles..I'd rather have the stock CTS fascia and grille.. I love the surface development of the new CTS in general...the various hard edges down the sides, the way the roof sinks into the rear quarters and the decklid shape... I think my ideal CTS-v would be a stealth version, with completely stock CTS body work(except for the hood, I suppose) and a cream full-lux w/ wood CTS interior (I don't like gray).

I've never been to St. Louis, but I hear the BBQ is pretty good..will have to go sometime.

My sister had a Liberty...I could never adjust the seat so I was comfortable--I was either looking through the top of the windshield or leaning back, arms Italian style (straight out)..(it was a base model w/o power seats)... She's looking a getting a FJ Cruiser now...

Never had any problems with mine..been driving it over 7 years now..(2000)..comfortable around town, on road trips, off roading...it's a great daily driver, IMHO...good ergonomics, decent interior plastics (nicer than the current 3rd gen GCs), the good old Jeep inline 6..doesn't feel truckish like the Explorers I've driven.

My Mom is too much of a Ford diehard to go to Cadillac from her Navigator, though she could probably go for an MKX. As a Grand Cherokee owner, I'll probably go for another Grand Cherokee when I replace my current one...though I like the X5, MDX, Enclave, and oddly, the Ford Edge.

I like the look overall, but this is one car that a front license plate will improve the looks, I think..the mesh lower grille and lower fascia shaping gives it a bit of the 'angry robot' look...I prefer the regular CTS front end design.

I like the lack of a front end badge...when was the last time an automaker dared to leave off a front badge? In profile, though, the styling is pretty derivative..reminicient of BMW and '08 Accord greenhouse and door shape..

I like Breckenridge..would make a great name for an SUV...I like the place also..

Looking forward to seeing it in person (maybe)...love the interior.

Slick...I like the C-pillar detailing.
