  1. In my CTS, the antenna is integrated with the rear window defroster.
  2. Oh gee... I was off by 5% on a shoot from the hip guess....
  3. RWD hasn't seemed to hinder the sales of the 3-series, G35, CTS, 300c, etc. Only about 1/4th of them or less are sold with AWD <when available>.

would you recognize him if you were laying on your back?
  5. New way for you to get those tough spyshots eh Chris?
  6. That....... That's real!? It's... not a photochop?
  7. don't I know it....
  8. I'd be interested in knowing how profitable these cars are for GM.
  9. the point is, you could have a toothpick or school bus..... either way, the feeling is the same.
  10. heh, the tires comment is about the huge number of shoes he has. He has a black pair of shoes for every *conceivable* occasion.
  11. can you all do a fellow C&Ger a favor and click "best of"? I'm sending a message to someone with this rant.
  12. Low mileage, super-charged, no scratches or dings, slim attractive design. Performs great, but requires premium fuel. Recommend only filling up at Macy’s or Saks otherwise performance not guaranteed. Fuel from other locations may cause failure to start. People afraid of exotic Italian maintenance costs should look elsewhere. Was fun when I first got it, as the maintenance bills piled up, the fun factor went down. Requires synthetic oil. Recently being used by other drivers, but always garaged at home. Requires *HUGE* amount of garage space for the multitude of tires. Has NAV system, but generally drives where it wants, when it wants without regard for the owner. NAV system appears faulty as it frequently loses input, mis-interprets input, or ignores input all together. No warranty. All malfunctions are the result of “driver error”…..or so I’m told. Link
  13. you're thinking Ford and Nissan.
  14. GM's hybrid is 50% cheaper, simpler and provides 90% of the benefits. The other 10% is made up for by not looking like a pregnant shoebox.
  15. omg! NG SRX SHELVED!!!!!!@#!!@!!!!!
  16. uh, What about the Sigma and Kappa?
  17. but, I'm thinking these numbers are now making the cars under-rated. Cobalts and Malibus regularly see over their 2007 EPA rating now.... they'll be even higher over their EPA ratings afterwards.
  18. What's Your Real MPG? Starting with 2008-model vehicles, the Environmental Protection Agency is revising its tests to better reflect real-world driving conditions. but here's the thing.... my CTS and Avalanche seem to get exactly the 2007 numbers. I'd be disappointed if I was getting the 2008 numbers simply on past performance.
  19. Ok... who slipped the tequila to GM?! :alcoholic: :alcoholic:
  20. You can get a LOT of Alero with low mileage for that amount of money.
  21. GM has this neat thing in the CTS called "snow mode". I think it originally started on the Catera. Anyway, in snow mode the car starts in 3rd gear rather than first. This has the effect of lowering the torque to the rear wheels. This, combined with traction control disable <when needed> gives this RWD car the ability to get through most situations even here in hilly Western PA.
  22. no neons.... Go for an Impala with the 3800 Regal <resale suckage there for an otherwise good car> Alero <skip the GrandAm> Personally, I can't recommend any Chryslers. Even if you could get a 2008 300c for $6,000, I'd tell ya to skip it.
  23. Where's my Hybrid Avalanche?!?!?!?!? :cussing:
