In...... errrrrr....... Canada? Seriously now: Perhaps it's not in Opel models themselves, but the way Saturn was built as abrand. GM wanted Saturn to change its image from 'budget' to 'Euro', but all it got at 1st was a rebodied G6 with a Vectra-like front end... and when it got the Astra, Vue, and so on, where was the massive advertising/awareness-building campaign?
