Camaro mule spotted!
Pre-emptive strike for the retards who will undoubtedly say things like: - it's ugly - it's got Dodge Stealth tail lights - The door/rear 1/4 fit seems off - why does it looks awkward - does it have a Saturn Ion QuAd coupe style rear door? and my personal FAVORITE: - Oh well, told you it would have a thick B-pillar!

Camaro mule spotted!
The Chevy II based 1965 "Chevrolet Panther" prototypes that predated & did the engineering/ prototype testing work for the 1st gen. Camaro were just as ugly. This car is not aout cosmetics, this is to make sure this car has a solid foundation in terms or powertrain/chassis/suspension/ brakes/rear end etc.

1950s GM cars trivia
A 1960s Plymouth Belevedere or some downsized Dodge from the early 1970s in relative terms was the Neon or Caliber of its day.... an econobox. Trying to make a point of how production cars that were made in the millions but have a specual motor can be worth millions, then surely something this special is worth more than double that.

Fly's Great LeSabre Cruise '07
Since you're here (in the thread) I was very disapointed to be passing your town (at least on a road sign/exit) and not be able to stop in & say hello. We'll have to try to do one more roadtrip this year, like you said, to park the LeSabre nose to nose with the WQ59B Invicta!

Fly's Great LeSabre Cruise '07
4.25 hours late for work.... put on a neck-tie and ran in with $45 worth of toll receipts to prove what I had called about at 8:30am. That yes indeed we did really drive to Penn. & back in 18 hours. I was scheduled to work at 1pm. I just explained to my boss it was a "family emergency" and in a way, it WAS. I consider many of you on this forum my very good friends. Fly: Like I said a carb. rebuild will go a LONG way in this car but as it stands it will make any journey you can throw at it so long as the road is paved & you have gas money.

600-hp CTS-V
Correct. And it took me several years to find my B-59... patience is a virtue, right now not having a car payment alows me to drag home an orphaned classic from time to time.

Seen any hot cars?
I saw about 120 pre war cars and a $h!load of musclecars at last night's car show. This morning at Ayotte's in Hudson, NH my '71 Cadillac was parked next to a '72 Impala ragtop, 350/4bbl, the middle aged gentleman said he's averaging an honest 20mpg!!!!

Oh, and as far as what I'm listening to... some super stupid/cheesy 1990s pop songs on the XM radio over the iontercom at Chevy/Cadillac, I hate the station we always play.
