  1. Wow, if I squint REEEEEEAL hard and drink a six pack I can ALMOST see a differance. Amazing what passses for a "refresh" these days.
  2. Marlboro
  3. I love Corvairs. Almost bought a 1966 4-door hardtop Monza 110 in 2005.
  4. That's hot. Looks like one of those pancake-VW powered kit cars. HEMI? Holy cow!!!
  5. As awsome as that car is, it's not worth $14K.
  6. Of course DF is referring to my crazy obsession of taking pics of every pre-1980s Peterbilt 379 and Kenworth W900 that we saw on our 4300 mile roadtrip across half the USA. Yes it's weird but to me it's a lot less boring than half a dozen photos of the same car I see 40 copies of every single day at my dealership... Impala SS w/5.3: Booooring. (to each his own)
  7. If it was not for good old Lord Lucas, Prince of Darkness... Seriously though I DO have a soft spot for these cars, I do! Just needs to be dropped on a 2007 Trailblazer frame to be updated to modern (American) mechanicals and eliminate that British crap.
  8. Jazz is love it or hateb it for me... about a 50%/50% mix. DJ Sammy. the HEAVEN album. I used to listen to it all the time when I'd be thinking back/ remeniscing about Julie. That's OUR album. I have a lot of great memories that come rushing back to that album. Either my mind wanders to March 2003 when Julie & I were together for the first time OR I think back to April of 2003 when I was flying down the highway in Arizona at 95mph in a rental Dodge listening to that album, feeling like my heart was about to tear in half because I decided to break Julie's heart and stay with Marcia out of guilt. It's funny how a certain song/album can bring back a flood of memories or feelings from years ago. Music can be SO very powerful, I can tell you in exact detail certain points of my life when a certain song triggers a memory.
  9. Typical ricer boy POS. Even if there WAS a HP increase it would still have less TORQUE than a typical SEARS lawnmower running on 85 octane at 4000 feet above sea level.
  10. Yes, yes and yes. I'm surprised the media has time to write articles at all between giving and receiving fellatio from Toyota & Honda...
  11. I KNOW that Balthy knows.... anyone else?
  12. Some cool stuff here: http://corvette-fan-bis.skynetblogs.be/?date=20050205
  13. All those pics. of booooooring modern FWD cars, esp. the tired & overplayed W-bodys and not ONE photo of a classic car?
  14. I swear most Toyota owners should be riding a bus! For a multitude of reasons.
  15. What a joke. Toyota could put a lexus badge on a turd and it would sell.
  16. Happy B-day caddy-fan. I tool loved the sig/avatar.
  17. Don;t worry Camino, as soon as you sell it the guy who blew you off and never showed up three times in a row will call you and say: "but I would have payed you $2K more!!!!"
  18. I do not and WILL not "habla".... I came to this country in 1987 as an 8 year old. At that point I did not know a WORD of english. Within one year people did not know I was not born in the USA, I made an effort, and with the help & support of my parents I learned very quickly. I specifically do not want to learn Spanish because I refuse to cater to the lazy imigrants who refuse to make an effort & learn. I've been there, I can say from experience that there is NO excuse. Any spef respecting immigrant who makes an effort can learn english.
  19. I don't mind the papercutter doors, but the grille is gross.... The truck should stay a sleeper, 100% stock look but with that awsome supercharged motor underhood. Booo-yeah!
  20. These twin concept cars were made by GM. One was painted orange metallic and the other was green metallic. Between the two of them they had 16 cylinders but neither had a V8. Name the car(s)....
  21. Why not bring Skoda here.... esp. the diesels!!!
  22. Produce it already. And if Scrambler is too old hat then call it Comanche.
