Marcia and I are doing very well thus far. She's really giving it her all so I'm doing my best to give the relationship 100%. Today, (of all days) was the first day of my new job and it went very well, thanks for asking. Seriously though things are looking up but I will neevr completely forget Beth. In the next few weeks I'm going to post 59 different trivia questions of all different forms on C&G. Multiple choice, photo identification, photo match up & even some true or false. Some questions will be multiple part and others a simple one word answer. If I may... (answer NOS's ? to Balthazar) Six speeds is about as much as anyone in the real world will require on a street legal car in real world conditions. Anything more and you're adding unnecessary weight & complexity not to mention exasperating maintenance problems & frequency. The only vehicles that really NEED 12 speeds are trucks that need to do some heavy duty towing and bicycles.

I need to get the Standard Catalog collection. You can never have too many books on cars.

I love flying... love it. But if I was given the right car and the cost of gas & vacation time was not unreasonable I'd drive in a heartbeat from Maine to L.A. or whatever. I'd love to drive my Super 88 cross-country if it was up to it and I had the $$$. Or even bettter, how about the power tour in a 1969 Camaro?

Cool. I'd post a few photos of my cats but there's plenty on Pg.1. Me and Marcia saved a sister-brother Kitten combo from a local junkyard about two weeks ago. I'll post some photos later. We gave them a a couple we're friends with.

In the end, after all the B.S. and annalytical stuff buying a car is mostly a "emotional decision" so just do what YOU want. As long as you're happy who cares right? It's not s Camry or a Yugo so just go with your gut.

I belong to about a dozen forums... C&G is not only my home on the internet but about 70% of my time on the web is spent right here on this very site.

Yeah... it's not bad for a "5-door-sub-compact" but in the end it's still an econobox. Besides, Daihatsu is Toyota, therefore it's evil & must be destroyed. I'm still pissed that Toyota now owns Subaru, which was worth holding onto more than SAAB.

We go through this every so often... As much as I hope a car just like the one in your sig roars back to life in 2009/2010 wiht the Firebird name I think this is just for the sake of 1:18 scale models, T-shirts, posters & such.

I'm back... sort of. Yes, so for all this time we've been trying to repair our relationship there's been a lot of ups and downs but throughout it all we've always been open to a new addition. I esp. do not want Sofia to be an only child. I was one myself and I wish I had not been for a multitde of reasons, esp. because of my relationship with my parental units. Anyway, Marcia told me the other day that a lot of her confusion & recent "bitchiness" was due to the fact that she was pregnant. So yes the timing was absolutely crazy and it made for an interesting week... but overall we had a great talk and things were fantastic. It was a new beginning and we were going to work it out, I told Beth that I had to be true to myself and give an honest effort with Marcia. Me & her still talked although Marcia was pissed about it and Beth was devestated and very sad that I told her we couldn't be anything more than friends. This morning Marica had to go to get some blood work done & afterwards I had to get my drug test done for my new job. When we got home the hospital called & as soon as I saw her face I just knew. All the combined medication & or perhaps the stress of the past few weeks or maybe even just not going off the birth control sooner... well. It was not meat to be. So that's it. No baby. :_empty_feeling_: And now that I'm in love with another woman, & not a second before, Marcia is giving it 100% finally and has completely turned around her mood & demeanor towards me. Even now she's crushed by the miscarrige but she seems to want to work things out more than ever. More so that in the past four years she's genuinely showing effort. Still I can't go more than 30 minutes without thinking of Beth.

GM is on its way back in a big way.
