St. Pierre & Miquelon
He-he... those goofy-assed looking European cars. Thanks for sharing though, nice distraction from my day. I'd love to visit there, if only to see what an accident between an Avalanche and a 1.2 liter Peugeot looks like.

Very cool. Great news for us future Camaro owners.

Me, Myself, and NOS
Don't trade the Camaro on a Cobalt SS/SC... That's not a trade UP. Nothing wrong with a 3800 powered Camaro & now you've invested a lot of money in it but you want to trade it in on a car, make all kinds of payments & in the end drive a FWD car? You know I love the SS/SC and I'd love to have one myelf but that's because I still have two other RWD cars in my "fleet".

I Might Be Getting a Car!!!!
Well, it's $200 and 3800 powered...? I'll hold off on the FWD sux comments. Either way good luck.

RIP Steve Irwin
Yeah... I was shocked to hear that, it's esp. sad since he's a family man so he'll be missed most of all by his kids. I have to admit that in the past I have said things along the lines of "one of these days" seems like this was just a freak accident though. So very tragic.

I'm in doing a complete 180 with my life...
Once again thanks for all the input. Even those of you that I butt heads with seem to be giving genuine & honest advice. I can't get into specifics right now, but this morning Marcia & I had a real long talk and she dropped a major bomb on me that has completely effed my plans/reasons/justifications. Basically my decision has just gotten MUCH harder. I think I'll hold off on posting any more details for now but I might divulge when it's approproiate. Yes, this was exactly my realization (finally) over the past few weeks. I have to run now, might be MIA for a while... don't know.

I'm in doing a complete 180 with my life...
Okay... forst off I appreciate all of the advice from ALL of you. It seems most of you have the best intentions... but there is some confusion which is MY fault. Some quick background. I've been the one pushing for Marcia & I to stay togeather. As a matter of fact I am pretty muich getting told by her that I need to let go and stop trying to force us to keep trying to make it work for Sofia's sake. We have been going to "councelling" for almost a half year even though we're not even married. In the interest of not slandering my Child's mother I have not told you guys many things. What have I left out? It's not relevant for this thread except for that Marcia has been making it abundantly clear that she wants me out of her life. It was a sad day in therapy or whatever the other day when she said to me that I meant NOTHING to her anymore. She pretty much hates me and wants out of the relationship. I've spent about a year trying to make things work while she's even sabotaged things in a few occasions. I'm exhausted and I'm off to bed.... more L8R.

I'm in doing a complete 180 with my life...
Marcia has never gotten over me cheating on her in 2002. It was a mistake, we were not togeather in the official, formal sense but we were still living togeather and it was a stupid mistake on my part. In the past few weeks our relationship has come to a gridning halt. You might say it smacked into an iceberg and we're sinking... Sofia of course is the real victim & there's a lot of anger, hatred, mixed emotion & confusion between us in this huge emotional divide. Last night, I made what might become the most beautiful "mistakes" of my life when I met up and went on a informal date with a girl I met through the internet. There's so much more to this story right now but it comes down to love at first sight. We didn't fu$% and we didn't even do anything exciting except for driving around in her Explorer & talked. Call me retarded for saying this but it was one of the best times I've had in years. After that... early in the morning I drove home and the second I got home at 3am I called her. We got off the phone at 9:00. No joke. I have no idea what the hell I'm doing and on paper I'm acting like a fu*#ing lunatic but I could care less. We decided to take things slow. We're not going to bring intimacy into it until after I'm moved out since I've been sleeping on the couch at the new house me & Marcia moved into. I don't even know why I'm posting this and making myself look like a complete tool on here but I thought that I'd share with those of you that might care. I'm finally making positive strides in my life, first the new job (which I start Sept. 11th ) now this. I have to keep it in my pants with this girl. Her name is Beth BTW. She's gorgeous inside & out. Okay... that's it, anyone have anythignn constructive to say I'd love to hear it. Anyone ever been in a similar boat?

I'm glad this forum is run by a guy who would spend $75,000 restoring a 1960s Jaguar with Lucas electronics but would let a GM concept from 1955 rot in a field just because of his subjective opinion of its stylng. I'm not a fan of the Aurora for many reasons but just being GM means it warrants some respect from me and I'd never let one die if I could help it without going WAY out of my way. Why hate? Appreciate!- 20 inches
Tell us more O.B.... pics?- Hate emo kids?
I was not one of the popular kids in H.S. It was a rich town and $$$ = collness level. I dated a Goth for a while & hung out with many of the misfits & rebels... I even have a weird fascination with Goth girls. The true Goth girls were not trashy and skanky, my Goth ex was actually somewhat "deep", she was a tall knockout of a sexy thing... but this whole guys wearing eyeliner and being "emo"... WTF is that? LAME x 1,000,000.- One-year only nameplates
If you're talking about the 1981 model, I guess you're right. The 1989 TTA was NOT just a Firebird with a turbo bolted on. Just like Camino said... calling the 1989 TTA a trim package is very erroneous. Half the damn car was re-engineered. Just like in the GNX to Regal comparison these cars were modified in many different ways. The TTA isd still the fastest Trans AM ever and it's also the only pace car ever (at least up to 1989) that needed NO modification for Pace car duty. I mean no power/suspension brake work, just the light bar & decals.- Cars look really good when you're drunk
How about if it was the stapler guy from Office Space?- What would a 1970 Studebaker look like??
I was thinking our good friend Ralph "Safety Nazi" Nader was probably somehow responsible for the bumper height thing. Figure 10. 12. & 13. are awsome... the Super-thick-C-pillar wagon is probably the ugliest but even that would be cool to see versus ANOTHER Falcon or Valiant. Fig. 5-9 look like a half-assed attempt at a restyle. This car would heve been a 1967 MY and yet it resembles a 1961 Chevy II more than anything. I know that $ was the issue & something would have been better than nothing. Thanks for Sharing. - T1GHT WH!P$ TROPHY TRIVIA
