  1. I'd crush every single Honda ever made including the CRXes and S2000s to save one of these.
  2. Dumb crap like this helps to prepetuate liberal gun-violence bullshit.
  3. I was going to say.... I see Ford, toyota ads & honda ads just as often on TV as GM... well it's close anyway.
  4. They trixes us those eeeeevil Import Manufacturers. Destroy them we must!
  5. Yup... well they still sell store-brand cheap Vanilla Ice Cream too but I'm not about to buy it. I'll pay the extra $0.70 can get French Vanilla Bryers, mint chocolate chip or Cookie Dough.
  6. As long as it's NOT an automatic I'm 100% for it! Those are one of the few VWs I actaully like. I almost bought a beater '80s (Rabbit style) Cabrio once (5-speed of course) but a buddy of mine talked me out of it. He was convinced it had a Chick-car stigmata. Had it not been for that I might have had some good times in a cheap convertible. That was the second time I almost bought a cheap POS ragtop, the first time it was a Z24 Cavalier.
  7. Wow.... seems like this Camaro thing is bigger than we're all giving GM credit. January can NOT come fast enough!
  8. Yup the recent batch built off Mustangs were the most God-awful.... the ones based of Firebirds were decent but still no match for the original.
  9. The '67 Eldorado is like a '63 Split Window or J-Lo... the ass is the best part! They don;t call them RAZORbacks for nothing.
  10. Recipe for a Toyota: - Two parts Bland powder - Seven parts status quo - Three parts organic surfaces Now blend togeather and beat with a whisk for 30 minutes, pour into muffin pan throw inot oven for 20 min at 250 and Voila' (remember it has to at least look half baked)
  11. FoG has more relevant posts than you ever will, he's a C&G longtimer and his heart is ALWAYS in the right place, you're just a instigator and probably a sexually frustrated teen.
  12. Quite the opposite, for the first 16 years of it's existance Lexus was USA only Toyota rebadge jobs now it's goign global.
  13. Cool. I can respect old school SAABs, I just do not think GM is going in the right direction with the new stuff. Any electrical problems with the 9-3?
  14. Hilary (CarpetBagger): Pot calling Kettel what? Nick: the W/// emblem is funny as hell. For once it's actaully deserving and original to put a M emblem on a non-Motorsport car. :P
  15. Every single one is gorgeous in its own way, but as wiht anything I have my favorites... they keeep chaning wiht my mood but right now the only one sweeter than that '53 is the Razor Back. (67)
  16. Yup, they're huge on the inside. I'd love to stick a high quality mohogany & brass coffin in the back of a '59 Buick Hearse. inside the coffin would be a killer sound system with toms of bass. I'd go cruising donw the street blasting odd music like Foghat, Bethoven and Rob Zombie. The biggest perk of owning a classic Hearse would be knowing you'd leave this world in STYLE! Screw a 2005 DeVille hearse when your last ride can be in a '37 Packard hearse, or better yet a 1930s stretched Cadillac powered by a V16.
  17. Wow, they made a Studebaker COE! I'm smitten.
  18. Wow... >apathy ensues< whatever.... so they call the replacement a "Quid" or a "Areola", they'll be a replacemet either way.
  19. WOw.... cool. I's Golem's evil-er twin brother. :D
  20. It's actaully easier to get financing or a lease on a NEW car thna it is to buy/finance used. GM will bend over backwards to sell a car even if the buyer has so-so credit. Christ bakc in the 90s the saying at Chevy dealerships used to be if you can fog up a mirror you can get financed on a new Escort or base Ranger. Ford would finance a cardboard cutout if they could. Anyway, good luck with that bro. Perhaps save up a bit more for a downpayment and cut out the whole co-leasee to make it simpler.
  21. I better just stay away form this thread because I keep wanting to post that quote from "Christine" that Balthazar had in his sig. a while back.
  22. Note to self: birthday list complete. :D
  23. He-he, cool! Good for you TED, I'm also one who enjoys fun in the snow... since the STS is FWD I used to fly down empty parking lots at like 45 cut the wheels and kick the P/E-brake and laugh my ass off as the car did a 1080* Ahhhh... good times. :) Last week on my way to buy the Christmas wreath for the Caddy I took the Datsun did a few donuts in a huge empty Church parkikng lot... nothing major just powerslides, drifting style switchbacks and such. I would have gotten more silly if Sofia was not with me. She's in the backseat laughing and giggling while Ross is in the front seat egging me on. As I slowly drove off from the parking lot Ross commented on how I'm teaching Sofia bad habits... I'm like what bad habits this is me on GOOD behavior? Can you imagine if we had goten caught doing figure Eights 20 feet away from the Nativity sceene, the cops come and see a little one in the back seat, us in the front. The gray haired republican one mumbles through his mustache: See Lietenant... this is what happens when you let the gays adopt! Mean time Marcia has my head on a PIKE by sunset. :P
  24. Oooppps. 66 and 49 are basically the same thing... oh well. I voted 66, I'm not forfeitig my vote. :P
  25. So for the third night in a row I'm up at 4:00am. I just 'inhaled' a liter of Coke with Lime, 1/3 of a box of Trader Joe's Chocolate Raspberry thingines and a half package of Fritos Honey BBQ Flavor Twists. For some reason even though I do no drugs what-so-ever and have only tried pot once and it did nothing for me... I've still got the munchies. I could totally go for KFC/Taco Bell right now. It's at this moment while the cats are running around driving me crazy that I realize I'm setting myself up for an early grave. Oh well, back to looking up Cab-Over-Engine classics on eBay and Google. :) P.S. Variance I'll finish that PM tomorrow when I'm more clear headed. I'm flattered that you'd want my opinion.
