Worlds Smallest Hummer

BBC link

Based on the pensioners' favourite, the Suzuki Wagon R, the dwarf Hummer is now turning heads when Andy drives it around his home town of Poole, Dorset.

The 1,000cc engine can reach speeds of nearly 100mph, but takes an age to get there.

And while rap stars who are keen to be seen with the original Hummer might sneer at Andy's creation, it has become a hit on the streets among young lads.

Sprayed in Pagan Gold, the 10ft 6ins long and 4ft 10ins high motor took 300 hours to create from a variety of vehicles.

How exactly does this look like a Hummer? The grill isn't even right.

It's the profile. Besides that, don't ALL Hummers look like ridiculous clown cars?

the lower grill says dodge to me. i bet it scoots around town pretty well. <40 mph. wonder if it has A/C? lol

Range Rover headlights.

Maybe they are using the word Hummer in a general, generic sense, just as some people (okay, rural folks) will refer to an SUV or SUV-like vehicle as a "jeep" or "blazer."

The profile looks slightly hummer to me, but the front end reminds me of 1st-gen caravan with land rover headlights.
