I was driving home from work in San Francisco, I was Southbound on I-280 near Black Mountain Road Exit. I thinck it was some sort of Google Car. At first I thought it was a Prius with a Wind Turbine on Top and they where seeing if wind turbines would charge the battery.

Looks like that one had an acceleration problem ........... or maybe it has brake troubles.

I don't see any smoke or fire so the oil supply line may not be leaking.
