Queston of the Week: Is there a chance in Hell that Dodge brings back the Demon?

Featured Replies

So I found over at the Dodge Forum an interesting read on their Question of the Week: Is there a chance in Hell that Dodge brings back the Demon?

This write up is an interesting one and the pictures of the writer existing 72 Demon is very cool.

This got me to thinking what the writer did not cover.

If Dodge does a Demon Edition of the Dodge Dart, besides Body Modifications what type of motor, transmission, driveline, etc should this special hell on wheels have? What would you the potential buyer want in a limited edition version like this?

Somehow, a 4 door Demon just doesn't have any evil edge at all.

Probably would have the same problem the original did...would have trouble selling it in the Bible Belt.. :)

Anyhoo, I don't see the point, since the Dart is going to have an SRT4 version anyway..

I think besides a body siding with manly bulges over the wheels, a dual hood scope that feeds a twin turbo's into the 4 banger with at least an 8 speed manual and a posi lock diff would do it.

I don't think we have an emoticon for that one...
