Done flying for the year...a flight to Denver, a flight to Colorado Springs via Chicago Midway, and two flights to DFW and back were the sum total of my flights this year.   Next vacay will be likely a road trip in Spring.

Thinking of driving down to Beaufort, SC, Savannah and Tybee Island w/ a visit to Macon to see the Allman Brother Band 'Big House Museum'...

I tried having a civil conversation about what we can or should do about gun violence. I asked for your opinion. You opinion was "go look at what other countries are doing". I'm not looking up ~195 countries' policies on gun control.

Like usual...civil was on the suface, dig deeper and I saw through your whole charade as that is what you always do...

Anyway...

Gun safety is not some sort of secret phoquing code to decipher.

1. The phoquing USofA is NOT the ONLY phoquing country in the world that its citizens are armed...

2. The phoquing USofA is NOT the ONLY phoquing country in the world that its a RIGHT for its citizens to be armed.

3. Once all of you phoque-tards understand that you are NOT special in the world, you will understand many things.

4. the REASON why I told you to google other nations is for you to understand that OTHER nations have STANDARD and LOGICAL gun safety practices and storage in laws etc...   Restrictions...

5. You WILL realize that ALL you discussed with @A Horse With No Name and @G. David Felt  right after you made this silly post, is that ALL countries have variations of what you guys discussed.   As law...  But people in  those countries also follow THEIR own brain logic too...

6. The ONLY MAJOR difference in the US and MOST of the rest of the world is that US citizens have access, unbelievable, unfettered access to "military style" weaponry.

7. If you would have bothered JUST to google ONLY Canada, you would QUICKLY realize that MOST of the world's country's citizens do NOT have access to AR-15s and they certainly do NOT buy those types of weapons at a Walmart or buy a Ford F150 and get a free AR15 deals from a dealership in South Carolina...

8. I could have suggested to restrict "military style" weapons, but THAT is not the phoquing problem the US has with guns.

9. Rural America is NOT the ONLY phoquing rural area in the world where people have guns and could be quite protective of their property.

10. I even made it a PHOQUING point NOT to go to rural Greece in think that 20% of Greeks own guns because you WILL be shot in rural Greece too.

11. Maybe if you as a dumb phoquing American let go of your shytty American pride, you would realize, even if Im a tad rude, blunt and overbearing, that MY message is loud and PHOQUING clear.

12. THAT message is that too many PHOQUING Americans are too selfish, too stupid to handle guns even if they own a shyte ton of them, too irresponsible even if there WOULD be rules and regs, nobody follows them anyway.

13. THAT is why I said PHOQUE the laws and what laws dictate.

14. Like I said, most Americans lack sympathy and empathy and seriuosly dont have ANY regard for human life and THAT nis why gun violence is sooooo prevalent in your phoquing society.

15. THAT is why I said pseudo-intellectuals say that the US is born from violence. But I also said Greece was ALSO born from violence.  Athena is not only a Goddess of wisdom but she is also a Goddess of military war strategy.   Greeks do not kill each other every other week-end in public shootings...

16. The problem that NEEDS to be addressed is a problem that Americans need to look in the phoquing mirror and change the phoquing person they see in the phoquing mirror.

17. the ATTITUDE towards nonchalance of gun ownership and human deaths NEED to be changed within YOUR society.

18. I asked YOU what the PHOQUE YOU will do to HELP your fellow American to change his shytty ways...

IS THAT CEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU???!!!

As you could see...I am NOT insufferable... I actually care.  It may not look like it. You laughed at that last time I said it. I use vulgar language to WAKE YOU THE PHOQUE UP!!!    But your countrymen/women and everybody in between NEEDS to change their attitude towards violence and human deaths.

Canadians do not like when other Canadians shoot and kill others.  Not only do our laws reflect that, but deep in OUR souls, we do NOT shoot ourselves.  Toronto is US/Canada's 4th largest region.  Multi-cultural. Blacks, Whites, Asians, Latinos, Euros of all kinds, Middle-Easterners of all kinds...    We live together PEACEFULLY.  Not a lot of gun violence. We feel safe in the streets of Toronto even during the witching hours of the night.   BECAUSE Canadians have RESPECT for human lives...   American cities and there are public shootings every other week-end...

Take this how you phoquing wish.

But do NOT insult my intelligence by saying you asked a civil question.

You did not...

Read what I re-wrote again in this post, its just a repeat of what I said previously.  Practically word for word.  And THAt is how you know I am sincere in my words as I have NOT changed my position one bit!

Or do not read it. I do not care. But MY opinion of the matter of gun safety is is EXACTLY what I wrote!

Truth hurts of what I wrote.   But it is what it is.

@ccap41

A little anecdote.

You remember the Motor Trend forums?

There was a discussion about guns...

I have a pump action .22 rifle.   I have (LR .22s) where on the box it says the projectiles are dangerous within 2 miles.

1. I got laughed at by several posters

a) because .22  (bigger is better)

b) that a .22 could not kill anything beyond several hundred yards let alone 2 miles.

I had to go through several posts to let that have it.

I told those guys the same I told you just now...  (Americans are too stupid, too selfish, too arrogant...etc,...)

 Why?

I told them that I did not say, the box did not say that a .22 will kill within 2 miles...

I said, the box says...

that the projectile is DANGEROUS within 2 miles.

The 3-4 posters that were laughing at me realized their error.  But this one individual, probably a far right Trumpster today, told me that the company that makes the bullets HAD to put it that way, mark it as dangerous) so they do not get sued...

Like I said, the problems of gun ownership and gun possession and gun acquisition in the US is all that relates to US gun culture is childish, irresponsible,  too laisser faire, too cavalier. Not enough education to the people on how to handle guns.

Too many Americans lack sympathy and empathy about gun deaths.

Too many Americans believe in shytty tin foil conspiracies.

Too much fear and loathing in the US.

Change THAT culture and gun violence will probably subside.

(Did you catch it the first time I mentioned dangerous?)  ( I bet you didnt...)

You are quite the cocky little shyte...

Buy a military style gun if wanna.  better know how to use it. You WILL be killed with your own gun if you dont know how to use it...

Or one of your own family members...might accidentaly shoot themselves with it.

Like I said...read before you shoot off your shytty mouth.

Yet another public shooting...a school shooting outside of school hours...but still.

A phoquing highschool homecoming...

https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/11/us/mississippi-leland-shooting

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/4-dead-12-injured-in-mississippi-shooting-officials-say/

Four people were killed and at least 12 others were injured in a shooting early Saturday morning in Leland, Mississippi, officials said.

Leland Mayor John Lee told CBS News the shooting happened around midnight, and four of the injured people were airlifted to local hospitals. There was no immediate information about their condition.

There are no suspects in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

The shooting happened on a main street, Lee said. People were in town for Leland High School's homecoming game, he said. The Leland School District website shows that Leland High School was set to play a homecoming game against Charleston High School.

Leland is a small city in Washington County. It had a population of about 4,000, according to 2020 census data

I was and still am VERY aggressive towards the US, towards ccap, towards ANYTHING resembling American.

And I will CONTINUE to be!

This was the last time I had a conversation with you...all on the account of you defending Toyota.  Toyota and you went all phoquing shytty. So you are the LAST person to whine about personal attacks.

image.thumb.png.1b1a28dfa2f362c130fdc1d437935fc6.png

My attacks are about what YOUR piece of shyte country is trying to do to mine. MY anger is filled because when gun violence NEEDS to be made, ccap went all snowflakey on me because I didnt exactly wish Charlie Kirk death, but I wasnt closed on the idea that he got shot and well...he phoquing died and well...live by the sword and die by it.   CCAP claims that he didnt know too  much about Charlie Kirk, but had an opnion of why Charlie was a "good" guy fighting for a "just" cause...  Phoque off with Charlie, with CCAP and everything that represesnts MAGA. PHOQUE OFF with ALL Americans ALLOWING this kind of hatred and fascism to CONTINUE to exist. PHOQUE YOU because ALL this shyte is ALSO affecting MY country!!!

And when YOUR shytty president is going all out fascist on you phoques, ccap asked me slyly on what Id do to curb gun violence...

I told you what is supposed to be done.  He calls me insufferable.  Ironically, another school shooting. 4 dead. Probably mostly highschoolers. On the eve of a football homecoming game.  Tell me that I was wrong about stating that Americans are too childish, too immature, to stupid, not empathetic and sympathetic to human deaths, too phoquing EVERYTHING (ALL NEGATIVE ADJECTIVES)...to own guns.

ITS NOT ABOUT GUN SAFETY or MENTAL HEALTH checks.  The WHOLE LOT OF YOU NEED TO BE CHECKED FOR MENTAL ILLNESS!!! That means NONE of you phoques should be owning guns!

@surreal1272  Instead of being a police dog in here, go organize a NO KING rally against your president and in the meantime, write to your senator in South Carolina to tell phoque-a-zoid Trump to lay off the 51st State rhetoric and keep Canada out of his pedophile-fraudulent mouth.   Go on and cry about THAT instead!  Whine about  releasing of the Epstein Files and the lack thereof and fight for your brotherhood from ICE agents and the National Guards in LA, Washington DC, Chicago and every other shytehole city that you call a city in the United States of SHYTTY America!!!

On a different note, I read today that Diane Keaton has left us.

This was her most controversial role and it's a disturbing movie ... a sign of the times, I guess, with the '70s and the sexual revolution combined with some dark psychological undercurrents.

Trailer

Sequence for the opening credits shows this is going to be a heavy film

Anyway, RIP to Diane Keaton who I would have never thought to be an L.A. and Orange County girl.  She would be in the top 10 of most talented actresses in her time.

It aint a joke..

It is phoquing serious.

Big Breaking! US’ ICE officer shot & killed a man in Chicago during arrest attempt

Chicago ICE crackdown's first casualty, father of two, had built quiet life in US | RNZ News

This was yesterday.  ON TOP of an eve of a highschool football game  homecoming event in Leland Mississippi.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/oct/11/leland-mississippi-mass-shooting

At least 6 people dead in what appears to be 3 different shootings...

You guys are grieving... but leave Canada out of this.   Take care of your shyte!

@ccap41

You told me I was sick in wishing Charlie Kirk's death.

I think this is sicker when you are laughing at very serious outcomes of fascism.  You joked on about acquiring a gun while you have two very young children at home with a young wife. You are barely married 5 years?  And you joke about gun violence that your country has spiraled out of control of?  On two different types of gun violence you joke around on.

1. On acquiring a gun to somehow do damage to me?  An internet poster far far far away from you in a different country from you?  Whilst you have a young family at home while the discussion is about trying to eliminate gun violence and MY message to you was that Americans are too immature, too cavalier, to stupid to handle guns?

Did you know that accidental gun deaths from members of a familly accidentally shooting themselves is also a problem in the US?  You do not know that?

Just a quick google search gives you that message.  But you joke about that?   You just proved me right...

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/72/wr/mm7250a1.htm

n the United States, unintentional injury is the fourth leading cause of death among infants (i.e., children aged <1 year) and is the top cause of death among children and adolescents aged 1–17 years; firearms are a leading injury method.* Unsecure firearm storage practices (e.g., storing firearms unlocked and loaded) are associated with risk for unintentional and intentional (i.e., suicide) firearm injuries and deaths among children and adolescents (1). Most unintentional firearm injuries among children occur within the home, with firearms predominantly originating in the child’s home (1,2). In 2021, approximately 30 million children lived in homes with firearms, including 4.6 million in households reporting storing firearms loaded and unlocked (3). CDC analyzed unintentional firearm injury deaths among infants, children, adolescents aged 0–17 years (referred to as children in this report) in the United States to examine their characteristics.

2.  On making fun of very serious subjects like annexations of a country.  It aint a joke when YOUR president is doing it whilst being a very militant leader...

Did you see what is going on in your country?  He has militarised police forces. He has made the military be a police force too.

I get you are lashing out on me for calling your country a SHYTEHOLE...

Lest you remember that 'twas your president that started calling out other countries as shyteholes.  But...the joke is on you because YOUR country, the USA, has turned out to be a shytehole country WORST than what he called other countries as...

You will NOT be able to silence me.

Fight for your country because sometime in 2026, you will not be able to have the freedoms to be posting in any form of social media...

Same here. I know the Pacifica's are a mixed bag for some but I know I would take my 2018 over the current 2025 any day because of Stellantis (especially ANY hybrid Pacifica).
