  1. It does seem to seal the road, but the cost to drivers due to the loose pea gravel that destroys windshields is terrible. The roads also become far more noisy. I hate driving on one of these roads.
  2. Very cool, the Z24's always had a place in my heart as I thought they were pretty cool.
  3. The white thunder bird always made me wonder who really wants a White interior as it gets dirty so fast. The Ford I miss is the 1991 Escort GT made by Mazda. This was a true Pocket Rocket before Ford Detuned it due to complainst from the insurance industry. I owned one New out of college, my first car I bought to build my credit and had it for 93,000 miles. Would still own it today if it was not for a stupid truck driver that rearended my wife, hurting her and totalling the car.
  4. This is the same problem with the Current Escalade. I have the litterally last ESV Platinum produced on the GMT800, the GMT900 dimensions are all better than the 800 and yet I cannot fit in the new escalade sitting upright like I can in my current Escalade. Being one to upgrade every 2-4 years, I am now wondering when I will get a new Full Size SUV Luxury ride as I have to be reclined to sit in the drivers seat. This is a deal breaker. They clearly DID NOT test the new Escalade on Sports figures/Big Guys. Same with the Eco, dimensions might be bigger, but clearly the way they are building the car makes it harder to fit into. Try having anyone sit in the back seat if you have big people up front.
  5. Yes, that was my take on this engine design that I thought was pretty cool. I would love to have one to try out in a custom ride.
  6. Nascar Truck Racing
  7. My son always points to how great the performance is in a WRX, Why can Chevy not seem to figure out how to build a fun to drive small AWD CUV that can get crazy 30+ gasemileage when driven resonably and drop into the mid to high 20's under agressive driving? Chevy needs this little CUV to help out their numbers. Someone is smoking some very weird weed indeed.
  8. The G is a failure, fail to see how it really fits and competes with what is out there.
  9. I plan to always have at least one SUV. Another Grand Cherokee sooner or later... Get an SRT8, I can totally see you in that bad boy!
  10. Washington State has 7 characters on standard plates which are pressed, but on custom plates you can have 8 characters. These plates are printed. Pretty cool as 8 characters allows a large amount of choices. Course we have an amazing amount of Windows and Linux derived plates in this state. Could it be the HiTech company nerds?
  11. This calls for Revolution, Death to these Morons who want to create a Cast system and control what you can and cannot do. One more reason to hold onto older vehicles. I REFUSE to have the GOV see what I do in my vehicle. This is NOT about Safety, but about Controll. I wish the worst to all the morons who voted to support this bill. This will build an underground network of people who will find ways to disable or remove them from vehicles.
  12. I miss the old Chevy Luv Trucks, those were the best mini pickup trucks Chevy ever had. To bad they dropped them for the S10 which I thought was created to just force people to always buy and replace after 2-4 years. They just do not seem to last compared to the Chevy Luv trucks. Show me the Luv baby!
  13. OK, what does the FTW stand for? Got the FWD so front wheel drive - FTW???
  14. Everyone should have a truck and an SUV. That is just totaly comfort driving with space.
  15. So what did the customer expect from you and what did you do for the customer?
  16. It would be awesome to do a tribute of listing the picture of all the great cars he had a hand in creating.
  17. Yes, please keep the CTS Wagon and add an ATS Wagon in standard and V versions.
  18. So compared to 10 years ago, how has this model faired? Have they improved or stayed static. Compared to the competition in this class, where does it sit. In regards to the future, can this model survive a 5 year life or will it have to be dropped and rebooted?
  19. I actually think this will work against Honda more than help them for the small price it would have cost them.
  20. Too true, a jelly bean has no way to be shortened as it is still a jellybean.
  21. A man who will be missed but has shown us that those who believe in pushing the envelope can succeed and we should all make sure we live life to the fullest. R.I.P Carrol, you will be missed but not forgotten.
  22. Here ya go http://www.flickr.com/photos/greggjerdingen/5581956431/
  23. Um, where is a sales ticker in this forum. I have looked and did not find it. I assume you mean a ticker that covers sales of cars or is it a wall street ticker? Interesting to know.
