Ive heard though, the absolute worst fans are Bruins fans (from Boston....Im a good fan as Im...not from there...) and Flyer's fans. Well...Ive heard that Boston and Philly sports teams fanatics in general are jerks. So...could I make a suggestion? Wouldnt you rather punch a Bruins and Flyers fans in the face instead?

I cheer for the Bruins because the Bruins actually have always played CANADA hockey. Meaning: CANADA hockey IS intimidation. CANADA hockey IS separating the player from the puck (with clean hits) CANADA hockey IS defending your fellow teammate when the refs dont wanna call the right call on the ice. And the Bruins do NOT shy away from that. They wear THAT style of play with pride. Detroit does also. And the many other NHL teams as well. But the HABS hockey club like to say they are above all that...but they aint...

I was just going to comment on how I saw 3 EV CUVs today on the way to a junk food grocery run but Balthy's Cutlass convertible just makes my news seem irrelevant and nondescript... Since I did come here to post something... 1. Tesla's red hued Model Y. Parked at the grocery store. Although the Model Y would be the frumpiest and ugliest of all Tesla vehicles, I must admit, Tesla's red colour is awesome and it goes very nice with this CUV... 2. White Ford Mustang Mach E. A suburban 35-40 year old milf-ey wife with two kids in the back. Divorcee? and part of her settlement was to purchase this to stick it to her cheating ex. Or maybe SHE was the one cheatin' and her new beau bought her this? All speculative of course as I like to conjure up stories in my head when Im out and about trying to entertain myself when my wife and kids are not with me... 3. Black Jag iPace. Boring Jag. Nothing of interest to report other than it was...black. I didnt even want to bother with who was driving it...

I never liked "the Immigrant Song" from Led Zep. There is something very cringe about the song to me. And I cant put my finger on it as to why I think this way other than I dont like it at all. So NO! You are NOT alone in that regard @trinacriabob. I feelz your pain.

On a similar level, but in the sports world. NHL. The Colorado Avalanche decided to pay homage to the team they inherited in 1996 this year when the NHL decided that all their teams were to create an alternate jersey. The Quebec (City) Nordiques moved to Colorado. Colorado aptly named Avalanche won their first Stanley Cup that very same year they moved to Colorado. Impressive.

LOL I am not really into pick-up trucks as you guys know. SUVs... Well...I do like some. My preference for a type or style of pick-up truck stems from the military work horse truck. Mainly WW2. The latest pictures I posted gives you a glimpse into my world. I have always been fascinated with WW2 machinery. Guns. Tanks. Planes. Trucks. Etc. And, to me, German and American military hardware are some of the most beautiful machines created from WW2. Not getting into my hatred of the German war machine of 1933-1945, I sometimes have an internal conflict of posting that, but I cant escape the fact that German tanks, guns, planes...halftracks...are indeed, beautiful designs. Ditto that American half-track. And American WW2 war machines too. Since I dont have another outlet to post some of those things (and I dont really want to post those in the Random Thoughts thread just in case somebody might think Im randomly thinking in invading a country or something, I wanted to express my love affair of WW2 machinery. It started out as a Toyoter 4Runner. It ended with a Dodge Power Wagon... Dodge Power Wagon (WW2 workhorse truck) lead into the Chevy G506 1 1/2 ton 4x4 workhorse truck. Which lead into the half-tracks.

Well... I keep on saying it. Politicians all over the planet want to move away from ICE. As quickly as they can. I am NOT surprised that they will come up with ANY kind of solution, law, plan to accelerate the disappearance of ICE on our roads... ICE can be with us for another 50 years. Easily 50. ICE could exist 100 years from today actually. But the planet's leaders do NOT want that. Hydrogen for transport trucks will probably BE the defacto fuel going forward. Not BEV. I do NOT know what will power airplanes and boats in the future. But I DO know and Im NOT surprised that planet Earth leaders from ALL levels of government will pursue the death of gasoline powered personal transportation vehicles as soon as possible. Unconstitutional or not. Its going to happen. And the more I read shyte like this, the more I see that BEVs WILL be the SOLE vehicles we drive BY 2035. European and Asian cities WILL ban internal combustion engined vehicles in their URBAN areas. Some North American cities too. To ensure that internal combustion enthusiasts will NOT keep their internal combustion powered cars, some politicians WILL infringe on your rights and freedoms by trying to pass shytty laws like this. And you know what? Judges, even if challenged, will DEFEND a law like this. Words are powerful. And could be manipulated. And like I said, the writing is on the wall for the internal combustion engine. Whether we like that or not...
