  1. I love the JGC and Edge-sized vehicles. Larger, two-row SUVs.
  2. This would definitely help their brand image.
  3. If only the Camaro's styling was hot on not-Camaros.
  4. Isn't the 6.0 only in their HDs? The 6.2 is the upgraded engine to the 5.3. If anything they should give a hotter tune for Cadillac and maybe make it a 91 octane only tune.
  5. Yeah it's like Ford's old-ass 6.2 that chugs along in their Super Derties.
  6. This is probably because the 5.3 is underwhelming.
  7. I don't WANT Porsche to hand Tesla their ass but I think it's going to happen. I'd prefer the US company to come out on top.
  8. Well, until then, it's a lame duck on any race track that isn't a drag strip. There's no denying the capability and their straight line acceleration. But, they're not there yet, at least Tesla isn't.
  9. Wow. 3 whole minutes of spirited driving before she doesn't want any more of it. My Focus could take on a Model S if they're only competitive for 3 minutes.
  10. What track test have you read where they're comparing them to ICE cars and doing better? They probably only have 1 maybe 2 hot laps before needing to cool and charge up.
  11. Straight line speed isn't the end-all-be-all.
  12. You say that until you're moving a 1124lb motorcycle i your garage and it leans ever so slightly too far and because it weighs half a ton you can't bring it back like you could a bike that weighs 300lbs+ less.
  13. Oh I know they needed cash and they took care of it. My point was just that "ford would be dead if..." Well, the whole D3 would be dead "if" not for *insert a any one of a few things here*. I know it wasn't some miracle of management but foreseeing a sh!tstorm and preparing for it vs not preparing for it is usually preferred. Ford absolutely is in a worse way today because they're paying off loans.
  14. You mean they would have needed a bailout like their other US counterparts?
  15. Interesting they would say this publicly but it doesn't surprise me one bit.
  16. Do they not put the engine in its optimal rpm range for fuel economy though?
  17. It happens to me as well..lol Yeah I think this is why CVT's are growing in popularity. They offer the versatility that a fixed ratio transmission just can't.
  18. Without having the Ranger out yet, I still prefer the Taco. A lot of that is looks alone. It has a more rugged truck look to it. The interior looks better to me and being shorter their low seat works for me. I could understand a taller person wouldn't like the seating position because it does have a higher floor and you sit more in a car-like driving position. I'm very skeptical with the Ranger only offering a turbo-4. It would have been really nice to see a detuned 2.7T or the new 3.3 n/a v6.
  19. Is 50lbs though? That ws the difference in what @dfelt showed.
  20. None of the interiors look 50k worthy, if you ask me.
  21. I was about to say.. All of the mid-sizers can touch 50k if you opt for every option on the highest trim. I added everything I could to a Lariat(4X4, SuperCrew Cab) and it came out to this, even the more pricey paint.
  22. https://shop.ford.com/build/ranger/#/config/Config[|Ford|Ranger|2019|1|1.|301A.R4F.....914.76E.CAB.RETAIL.99H.AWD.44U.XLT.] Hopefully that works. That'd be pretty neat.
  23. I never closed the tab yesterday so it's still active for me lol Yeah, that's absurd.
  24. I built one how I would want it yesterday.
