  1. I wish they made aftermarket stereos that didn't look so aftermarket. But yeah...tape player FTL.
  2. I love that they are functional.
  3. Maybe another Jetta...ironically a VW was the most reliable vehicle of the lot.
  4. My bank has started hiring n00bs. These girls are dumb as bricks and slow as hell too.
  5. I just hope there's enough so in a few years I can buy one. So with that in mind...I'll add it to the possible list which has grown to 3. Depending on what the money situation is it will be either... 300M Limited Magnum SXT AWD G8 GT I've always had a thing for the Magnum, and AWD would be a nice feature...because even though 2 wheels are fine for winter driving...4 is even better. Plus it came with a 5-speed auto.
  6. Ah, I don't know how missed that. I guess it's more proof that the G6 just isn't a quality car. Congrats on the Malibu then...even if it's a few months late. The Malibu is indeed a nice car, it's not a pental box or anything. That being said the G8 does earn respectable fuel economy numbers, and the GT I sat in had a fine cabin. I like the cleanness of it...much better than Pontiacs of the 90's...or that G6.
  7. Happy Birthday dude!
  8. Well the Intrepid has keyless so I never forget the keys...as I always lock and unlock it with them. However I have locked myself out of the Prizm before. What I ended up doing was making a copy of its key and keeping it in my wallet.
  9. T-Bones...terrible food that's either disgusting or devoid of flavor.
  10. Right...into a pit crew.
  11. G8 GT...it's a no brainer, it's only like 2k more than the V6 model anyway isn't it?
  12. When did you get a Malibu? Did you just buy a G6 Coupe?
  13. Yep, thick bacon. Also, I'm using all natural sweet Italian sausage. The other stuff is full of corn syrup and $h!. Only problem is that it's in links...so i'll have to get it out of the "wrapper" or whatever. Also bought some new BBQ saouce...it's local so that's cool. Olde Cape Code BBQ and Grilling Sauce. No corn syrup either...tried it on a chicken sandwich and thought it was very good. Here's hoping!
  14. I'm gonna try making this for the Super Bowl...we'll see what happens.
  15. Aw BV, that sucks...you really enjoyed the Jetta...and of all the cars I remember you telling us about this was the only one that wasn't $h!pile. However it did it's job and protected you, and that you are ok is what matters most.
  16. There is still a market for them, it's just smaller. That's why the Aspen was killed off. Chrysler will have 2 mid-size SUVs, the Nitro (which will be Discontinued, the Liberty, and the Commander (which is also being discontinued. How many does GM have again? Or Toyota for that matter?
  17. You know smk...facts are are a concept that escapes him.
  18. No $h! Sherlock they won't save Chrysler, but they were due for replacement. This will be platform sharing...think more along the lines of Acadia VS Enclave not rebadges like Colorado VS Canyon. It will be Unibody.
  19. Only problem with the HHR really is that it's not in the same size class...so in that respect GM doesn't offer something like the Cube (unless you count the terrible Aveo). That said I would go bigger and have the HHR. That photo you posted is very nice...looks great in SS form.
  20. I prefer the MCE to the original of this generation. I like the first gen Durango best though.
  21. No love for BV's Cutlass...even at $500
  22. Yep, if I were assaulted like that I would have at the very least thrown a hard punch...then I would have kicker her add out of the door.
