A Highly Simplified Analysis
You're kidding yourself if you think GM won't be killing brands in short order. They'll phase them out to avoid the Olds fiasco. GM is just too big with too many models that compete with each other.

If I were to build a Computer
Place I worked with over the summer had 6 brand new Optiplex desktops...had to send 2 of them back for hardware failure. Most recent example.

Hmmmmmmm....

A Highly Simplified Analysis
While not perfect buyacargetacheck, you certainly make a lot of good points. It's much better for GM to have less models which compete with each other, have the plants running at capacity and not exceeding the market demand, than the current situation of too many cars, too many plants, not enough utilization, and not enough demand. After all, this problem has been around long before the economy took a dump...that just mad e things worse.

So it looks like we're moving soon
Well fortunately I don't give a rat's ass about the state I live ins o I don't have this state pride stuff. No worries though, the only thing worth considering moving to Texas for is the Dublin Dr. Pepper. Otherwise, it's just another chunk of land to me.

So it looks like we're moving soon
That's a pretty big state, so you better bring lots of water.

So it looks like we're moving soon
But your winters eat cars even worse than NE winters.

Just an FYI I wouldn't consider myself liberal, so if that line was aimed at me, please don't make that generalization. Otherwise, I appreciate the info.

It Can Be Buick!
The interior is understated until you look at the center console. That's what makes it weird/ugly and that's what I don't like about it.

Hyundai Equus Teaser
Once again, you fail to understand the DOHC is not better than OHV, it's merely a different way of getting the same result. It does matter, the fact is that the other sedans have limiters, and that makes the CTS the fastest. Stop trying to put it down. The Bentley V8 is not being retired, and if you have a "source" then for once post the link.

Citroen DS3 Inside concept
Different strokes I guess. I personally don't like the car. I like how the lines actually connect with each other...but the overall shape and proportions are just meh. But to each his own.

The Venza looks pretty good until you get to the front....or get inside.

You ready for a V8-powered, RWD coupe from Hyundai?
Oh look, a company besides Chrysler who thinks there's a market for affordable RWD cars.

Hyundai Equus Teaser
Once again, you fail to understand the DOHC is not better than OHV, it's merely a different way of getting the same result. The CTS-V is the fastest sedan because it has the best balance of acceleration and handling....top speed is useless on a curvy track like the Nurbergring, because you rarely, if ever have the opportunity to reach the top speed. Since your brought up Bentley, I'm sure you must know that the Arnage's V8 is OHV, yet you never bitch about that.

It is pretty handsome looking, especially from that angle. I just wish it had teh front end of taht render, not the front end it ended up with.

If I were to build a Computer
Yes, welcome back toyoguy. I've dealt with Dell's business machines as well as their home systems. It's just been my experience that far too many of them had problems...hardware and software related to want to ever bother with them.

I'm not a fan of most of what Citroen designs, but I really like this.

I like HP, and their Blackbird looks pretty badass. Of course, if I could just get the case I'd build the rest myself.

Citroen DS3 Inside concept leaks out before Geneva debut Citroen announced plans earlier this week to revive the DS nameplate for a line of mid-range premium models based on the new C3, C4 and C5. Germany's AutoBild decided the world couldn't wait for the Geneva Motor Show debut of the Citroen DS3, and published a few images of the concept a few weeks early. What you see here is more than just a styling exercise. According to early reports, the concept, which is officially called the DS3 Inside, is very close to the production version due to arrive in Europe as a 2010 model. With underpinnings pulled from the new C3, Citroen is likely to offer a range of gasoline and diesel powerplants ranging from 1.2- to 2.0-liters. Expect more information to follow in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, check out the gallery of the Citroen DS3 below.
