Who sets up the member types around here?
I want a title that has something to do with a Mopar fan posting mostly on a GM forum.

Stalling Problems
Well I got up bright and early this morning and made a trip to Lowell Used Auto. They had 1 Intrepid...conveniently someone had disconnected a bunch of hoses and tubing so I could actually get at the stupid sensor without having to get under the car. I unbolted it and cut the wire...and grabbed a couple other things. Altogether it cost me $15. Of course I stupidly forgot my wallet, so I had to go back home and then get it. Because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting back under the car, I took it to our mechanic, who did it free of charge. Just got it back, and just did some driving...no stalling yet. *fingers crossed*

I do like the idea of being able to give yourself your own title.

GM Canada sues CAW
What does the CAW expect GM to do with trucks they build that that no one wants now? Of course, it's possible that GM could redo the plant to be flexible like Toyota's plants...that would cost big money but would be beneficial in the long run.

1,250 Teamsters go on strike at car hauler PTS
UAW and CAW should take note: when you strike a struggling company and rrefuse to take a paycut, suddenly you no longer have a paycheck period!

My truck has surfaced!
Yeah, people aren't exactly in the market for trucks these days anyway, the seller must know this (perhaps one of the reasons for selling it). WHip out some cash and he'd be retarded to say no. I expect this in the member's ride's showcase by next week.

Is this an Uncamo'd shot of the New Cobalt?
Considering how good the propotions are, if they gave it unique styling, maybe AWD, and performance tuning/engines it could work. The cyrrent car is a joke, since it doesn't even get a GXP version...the Chevy is the sportier car.

Is this an Uncamo'd shot of the New Cobalt?
I'm baffled by how (according to the article), production won't start until Mid 2010, when the portotypes are this far along.

Is this an Uncamo'd shot of the New Cobalt?
Yeah, I heard GM-DAT is doing the development with a lot of input from GMNA and GME.

Whatever happened to GM Carlisle?

Toyota 'Sees' GM and Raises...
A cynic till the end aren't you? I recall when teh first news of the Volt's production came out you went on and on about how it won't happen, and it is happening. Funny how you've been proven wronng at every turn. I hope you like crow.

Is this an Uncamo'd shot of the New Cobalt?
I think they should keep the name. I've always liked it, and it was never a ssociated with a horrib;e car that sat without a design for more than a decade like the Crapalier was. It also had the SS varients to help build crediblity.

I get that impression too. Nevertheless, this is a very good looking car.

Stalling Problems
Well I just spent 2 hours working on the car for nothing. Today after work I went out and bought the sensor. Got home and looked at the manual. It said "the sensor is on the passenger side of the transaxle bellhousing. I'm like, ok...where is that then? The pictures they provide you are close ups and don't give you any specific location. After spending an hour trying to find it I located it, under the damn car. I had to turn the wheel as far as possible to try to get at it, which didn't work, so I had to get under the car. It is, of course, in a tight spot, I can't directly see it, I have to feel for it and get a ratchet in there to loosen the bolt. Took some time but I eventually got it out. FInal step was to unplug it from the plastic connector. I press down teh tab to release it...and the f@#king thing breaks! SO now I dunno what to do, car won't start without the sensor, and I don't know what to do about the plug...I wonder if I can actually buy it, and if so if I have to cut and solder wires...because 1. I don't have a soldering iron, and 2 I haven't really soldered wires. Of course, since it won't start, I don't know how to take it to the mechanic without spending like a hundred bucks on a tow. This is rediculous. I should have just had them do it...but at the same time I'd be done by now if it weren't for the fact that the plug is made out of cheap ass plastic. f@#king hate plastic.

Car Shopping
S0 he plans have changed a bit. The Breeze and Sl2 are on the list, but mainly for my mom. There's also the possibility f firing up the Caravan, but it's been sitting there for a long time, so assuming it even starts I'm sure things will go wrong. My brother is actually interested in getting the Shadow back on the road. Saturday we're gonna put the waterpump in.

Car Shopping
I know there's a decent supply of parts in a couple of the nearby yards. The car certainly sounds promising. Size/space isn't too much of an issue since we have my car for that.
