yea losing animals is one thing... but actually deciding to kill it, and watching and feeling it die is something i've never ever done... i've had animals put to sleep and it was like okay... but... actually feeling the life leave its like what did i just do?

i'm from the wealthy city of Diamond Bar, but i take colima home sometimes if traffic is bad... no i didnt goto bishop, but one of my neighbors did... my ex lives out in palmdale now...

this is good for GM... the vehicles that have been on the lots for an extended amout of days have higher stick prices on them anyway... so it just comes out of the dealerships pocket just like GMS and red tag sales... the only thing GM is doing here is for the vehicles that have 120+ days 1000$ which... just helps to clear inventory to make room for more... probably most will be old tahoes and suburbans... not a huge loss here for GM anyway... 120 days is a long time... seeing that the average vehicle stay is around 30 days last i checked...

bio deisel is basically vegtable oil with a few aditives so that you arent required to alter the compression... so the majority of bio deisel would come from the same people who are developing Ethonal... American lands...

from my understanding the compression needs to be changed to run on straight vegtable oil... bio deisel might be a bit different then vegtable oil... but thats what i know...

well I just found out my high school sweetheart is pregnent(and no its not mine)... i dont know what to say to her... i still love her, but realistically we've been seperated for almost 4 years now... i just went on to her myspace to see an ultrasonic picture of her baby that will be due sometime in september it seems my world is growing up so much, and sometimes its leaving me behind... i dont know what to say to her... anyone have any suggestions for me?

haha... strange story... i put my dog down one time... omg that was the most horrifying thing i'll ever do... well let me start by saying things didnt quite go normally... for one, you are required to give the dog to the vet... but since the vet is my neighbor he did it at my house for me so we could bury the dog... so... i am holding the dog still for the vet... and as hes injecting the dog, i can just feel his body slowly go limp and get heavy. next i flip the dog into the wheel barrel and i go to the whole i have dug up and dump him in it... never again will i kill an animal... expecially one i grew up with...

then the dash is black? nice combination but i think i like it the other way around with the black seats and the tan trim...

probably because braided stainless steel is stronger... but gm went cheap after 99 (i think) and went to non-stainless steel with a corrosive protectant, that didnt work effectively, thus the materials lost its strength as each day goes on. eventually to break

Guy its great to see you post here... i've some what abandoned cz28.com due to its lack luster and new unknowledgeable members but yes, I agree, much of GM's technology should be spread around (at least in its own company) jeez... GM shouldnt have to develop the same car twice just for it to be neglected of engeneering designs and as well as marketing lanches... GM has really missed the boat as far as how big they really are and what great resources they can weild... if GM puts its mind to being #1... it will have its way

i think its good that lutz admits to "we" i dont know how else he would put it... but when things in the past were that stupid, lutz wasnt there... so technically he sould exclude himself but he doesnt

yea it looks that way... the whole car is leaning... also thats why i would imagine they pull back the covers so they could get to the tire changing equipment... (wherever that might be)

should it matter? if a globally (emissions) accpeted engine is producable... damn it produce it! and hell GM can glout about how they have better emissions then the competition...

I knew different, beefier axles had to do with the 5-lug design, but still. Are the axles on the regular Cobalt/Ion so weak they can't handle anything over 170 horsepower? Anyway, I guess if someone wants to get horsepower boost in a 2.2, they'll just have to buy an aftermarket supercharger. Actually, it sounds slightly cheaper than going all the way with buying an SS or Redline edition of those cars but that's a different story for a different time. well if you want to publish a book about How to get your cobalt to stage 5 (5 being 500 hp)... i really hope they dont put that kind of strength on the base model...

i agree... gm should share its successful cars with other continents... it only makes sense... I think the GTO is one of the first to get imported to the states, but it certantly wont be the last... it was an easy fix that nearly trippled plant production (IIRC)... thus one should assume that a stylistic vehicle that is relitively successful in the europe should perform well here as well... also such a global merge would also make things cheaper and make what is attractive in europe and here also should merge if the top 3 (ford toyota and GM) all sell the same in both arenas..

haha, my friends dad has a 70 SS 454 chevelle... and its his dream car... wanted it ever since he was a kid... now hes got it... in 1970... 1/4 mile time was 13.1 i believe... about the same speed as my trans am

its a time stopper... it keeps capacity up at the plant while the ION is stopped production... really it wont be a pontiac vehicle for very long...maybe 2 years tops...

haha i knew it was a viper, but how much hp did the early vipers have?haha i just raced one yesterday and i got my clock cleaned... although he was modded i wasnt quite sure how much power he had...

i love diesel motors... they have potential to be sporty and fuel efficent... the torque is unseen in gas motors... if GM wants to push E85, perhaps they should also try to push a bio deisel capable vehicles (they'd look greener then ever)... those things have no emissions... although they smell like french fries if this country is going to be making an abundance of corn just to keep the automakers happy, why not grow some for the porpose of bio deisel...?

i'll give you a hint... because of emissions rules, this much horsepower was not avalible from a manufacture for more then 20 years... but which manufacture & model surpassed the LS-6's hp rating?

out sales team saw a huge drop off in sales as soon as the "Like a Rock" advertising stopped... would be intresting to see if there was accually a national sales drop?
